The sky was utterly cloudless--but I couldn't see Mt. Hood. Ho could it be? I wait through rainy, cloudy days, relating the certainty of the mountain's presence to my God's faithfulness. What spiritual lesson did God have for me when the mountain was invisible in the sunshine?

It's good to look beyond our own lives, our own country, to consider the international community. The Olympics helped me do that this week--as did some exciting news from Revell about my books being published internationally.
