Easter is almost here! Splat has to tell the Easter Bunny what he wants most. A really big Easter egg, of course! But where is the Easter Bunny? Do you know?

I bought this at at used bookstore for a friend...and the condition this book was fabulous! I have never heard of the Splat the Cat, and was pleasantly surprised to find out there are many more!
There are lift flaps in my version which I anticipate will make the reading more fun!
But I also love that you can find and count ducks throughout the story for an added task to do while reading - or to do at a different time,...when as a parent you are exhausted from re-reading the same story.
A fun book with flaps for kids. But not much for the content. Kind of invites kids to open doors (dressing room/restroom anyone?). Well made though, so it won't tear as easy as other flap books.
Splat the Cat and his friends are favorite and familiar charcters to young children. In this Lift-the Flap soft cover book with light weight cardboard pages, children will have fun discovering who is behind the flap while they look for the Easter Bunny. The pages are not hard like a board book, but they are not as flimsy as typical kids' books, so they should hold up well to a bit of rough handling by toddlers and pre-schoolers.
As always with Splat books, the illustrations are glossy and colorful, varied, and engaging. Every time a page is turned, there is another surprise waiting for Little Ones. A FUN Easter book!
Very cute book! I just picked this up for my boys at our Scholastic Book Fair this past week and my boys love it! Splat realizes the day before Easter that he hasn't told the Easter Bunny what he wants yet, so he goes all over looking for the him. The readers can lift the flaps in the book to see where Splat thinks the Easter Bunny is. My boys loved doing that! Great read aloud and the flaps make it interactive with the children you're reading to!
Splat the Cat is hilarious. This was a pop-up book and Gabe got to open up the little flaps to try and find the Easter bunny who ended up being Splat's friends instead. This was a fun holiday book! Careful, though, the flaps aren't glued in super tight and can easily be ripped off by a random (not mine) two-year-old!
This book is very interactive. It asks the reader questions and then prompts the reader to lift secret flaps to find the answer. The simple illustrations and storyline is perfect for younger grades.
This book is great for kids because it will engage them with the hidden objects behind the doors. Words are pretty easy to learn and pictures help scaffold reader.
This addition to this series is just as good as the others! I know that kids who are fans of this series, are really going to enjoy this book. Another Splat the Cat hit!
