This girl had me frustrated to no end!!
Blake is trying to win her back and so is Kyle.
Sienna wants Blake but is heart broken he lied to her.
As her friendship with Kyle blossoms again Sienna misses Blake.
He tries to forget her by seeing other women- a lot of other women to no avail- he wants Sienna.

I'm not one to write reviews on books I've read, but I need an outlet to vent. A character has NEVER pissed me off so much, until Sienna. I honestly can not stand her character! All she did was whore her body to Blake and be okay with it.

I had high hopes that this book would have been written better than the first but alas, it was not to be. Hard to believe it was worse but it's true! The constant changing from past to present tense drove me nuts! I don't even know how you would describe something like this:
"You love her to distraction and yet...she keeps slipping off your manly fingers. What could a powerful man do?"
Or how about this one? (Keep in mind the speaker is a 20 year-old girl!)
"I do eat, you cavalier man! I'd rather not banter with you for the next two hours whilst being confined in an airplane."
There were countless times when I had no idea what a sentence was supposed to mean because a random word would be italicized or an extra comma would be added.
As much as I want to find out what happens to Sienna and Blake I just can't take any more torture. Maybe there's a kind soul out there who will read book 3 and give me a synopsis??!

Blake is hot and Judy HOT but Sienna is BITCH and I can't believe or understand why he loved her!!!! But I gotta admit this series is really engrossing.

I was going to give 5 stars but then I remember how quite annoying our lovely Sienna is and that´s why I´m giving it 4 stars.
I really enjoyed this book and practically devoured it, it had a lot of twists in Blake and Sienna´s relationship, he did something shitty and then she reacted and vice versa but actually all this drama kinda worked for the story.
I´m looking forward to the next book :)

OH MY!!! I'm LOVIN' this series & I'm LOVIN' me some SMOKIN' HOTT BLAKE....the MIGHTY KNIGHTLY ;) I have to admit that he did infuriate me at times BUT he always redeemed himself with me!!! The characters...I ABSOLUTELY ADORE them...Blake, Sienna, Chad, Luke, Toby & Luce!!! I love that they are flawed!! Makes them more realistic ;))) I can't wait until March for the 3rd book to be released!!! I need MORE & I need MORE now!!!

I love you Pam! xoxo. Seriously!
I have to say that since I read Pam's first novel in this series, I have been hooked. She has quickly become one of my favorites and this series has been absolutely amazing. This novel is like a soap opera on crack but it's so damn juicy and hot!
I can't say I like all the choices the characters make, especially Blake after freaking out about Kyle, yet he slept with two women on the same day. Either way, it was still juicy as all heck to read about.
The novel is written pretty cleanly but I quickly picked upon some editing mistakes. I'm not sure if it's due to Smashwords or just that it wasn't edited cleanly enough. That has to be my only complaint with the novel.
I think all of us avid readers in this series, think it's Cam that pushed Sienna down the stairs at the end. Anyone else hoping for an epic pregnancy announcement from Sienna?
Either way, the next novel due out March, 2013 is bound to be full of steamy sex scenes, threats, drama and delicious contentment. I will most certainly be on the look out for it.
Pamela Ann has talent I haven't seen in a while. With major emotional uproar and drama. Her characters are real, they make mistakes and get messy. I can't help but love this series!

I liked the book, a lot. I seem to be in the minority and favor Kyle, since I personally find Blake to be an arrogant ass (or should I say arse), and quite frankly, abusive. I like Sienna most of the time, and love the other characters because of their flaws. It makes them seem more realistic to me. Well, as realistic as one can be that drops a million on a damn watch for a guy she doesn't know if she will be with 30 days from now. The concept and plot were good, and overall the book was pleasant for me.
I did find the errors in the book kind of distracting though. The constant back and forth in tense drove me up the wall. The weird italics and bold? Yeah, hated them too. The incorrect or missing commas? Frustrated me like crazy. The incorrect format for the dialog? OMFG, hated it! Usually I can overlook most of these things. This book however, it definitely distracted me. I found myself having to re read entire paragraphs to figure out what the hell was going on. I also found the way some of the characters spoke a little annoying as well. I just don't see a 20 something speaking thing way, British or not. I have to say though, I was kind of surprised to have these issues, because in all of Pamela Ann's other books I didn't notice these kinds of errors.
Will I read the next in the series? Most definitely. But, if it is full of errors as well I probably won't read another.

I love Kyle because he kept me safe ever since the day we met. I love him for being there for me constantly and supporting me tirelessly. But most of all, he loved me - scars and all.
I love Blake because he splintered through my guarded heart and made it beat again. His passionate guarded heart and his beauty ensnared, seized and held me captive. I've never felt more alive that when I'm with him. He simply took my breath away and he accepted me fully - as a woman and as a person. I've never felt so complete and I fell madly in love. I fell hard. He took every single thing to another level and made it his - a fact that he applies in all aspects in his life. - Sienna
Awww I know how difficult it is to be torn in between to good lovers, but if I were Sienna I would choose Blake nonetheless haha. I feel for you Sienna, just hang in there, both men made a big impact in her life and it is really a difficult decision to make. We'll just have to wait for book three for the finale choice :)

Whew! There were a lot of ups and downs in this book.
But, I had to make a comment on some of the reviews I read here.
I don't understand how some readers were all about Blake and hating on Sienna.
1. The girl was a bit conflicted. She was used to Kyle all her life. He was her savior when she was younger. So, it's easy to understand how hard it is for her to let him go.
2. She did NOT cheat on Blake. They were not together when she slept with Kyle. In addition, she didn't go to Kyle with the intention of having sex with him. It just happened.
3. Blake has some nerve getting mad at her for sleeping with Kyle when they were broken up when he slept with every whore he could get his hands on. Frankly, his treatment of her over this whole issue was deplorable, and I was not loving him during those times. He was being a hypocrite.
That being said, I'm glad they got their shit together in the end. If they can get past their trust issues, they will be perfect together!
Also, you know it's that bitch Camilla that pushed her down the stairs.

I'm so on the look out for the next installment and I can't wait to find out.
I felt the pain when Sienna and Blake seperated, it was heart breaking to read it let alone have to go thru it in real life but I'm sure there is someone out there that has a life like that.
Falling is love with a walking and breathing sex god like Blake is bad enough, trusting one with your heart is just pain waiting to happen, especially when you have trust issues to begin with. Being friends with him is much easier I think but you can't help but fall for the guy. Guys like that make a girl feel like there is no one else around and it's a gret feeling to have but hard as hell when there are other women out there that think they are better and are willing to do anyhing to him for themselves.
Si has a battle in store for her in this book. Two strong men wanting to be with her when they have both done her wrong in the worst possible way anyone can image but the heart wants what the heart wants. You just know that Sienna will always love Kyle, he meant and will always be a special person in her life but when you know your heart belongs to someone else you will do anything to be with that person.
I was happy to see that Blake and Sienna are working on the trust issues they have with one another but of course a wonderful book like this can't end with a pretty bow at the end. People from the upper crust always feel that they can play with others like it's a game and get away with it, especially when its someone like Sienna and she is from the States. I can't help but think it's the ex fiance Camilla that pushed her down the stairs. I mean come on, what kind of person is Camilla that is alright with being engaged to a man like Blake that is not faithful to you and you have someone keeping tabs on the guy. the girl is not all there is you ask me.
Please hurry with the next book please

For Sienna, what the fuck is wrong with her? Serisously she's starting to get on my nerve. For starters she cheated on Blake by spending and having sex with Kyle not once but twice. She knew what she felt for Blake, love right but then she keep coming back to Kyle the cheater. Well she's keeping Kyle for safety net. I mean the love Kyle for her was gigantic but then I want more Blake than him. He didn't cheat on her the day they began together. He's doing everything he can for their "relationship" but most of the time Sienna is being such a stubborn and pathetic little girl who keeps coming back to Kyle every time she and Blake had a argument. I mean who does that? Seriously? What hurts the most when Blake ask her to marry her, she say's no and run away with Kyle for wanting to have a freaking space, she doesn't even gave him a chance to explain and at the end she went to Kyle because he is "Familiar" For fuck sake come on Sienna she's becoming on my shit list.
Too bad Blake already tired of Sienna and decided to pursue the hand in marriage with Camille. Its a huge wake up call to Sienna and beg for another chance. Loved, Loved, Loved It!!
Pamela Ann is becoming one of my favorite authors. I absolutely love both of her series, The Torn Series and this one, The Chasing Series.
I freakin' love Blake and Sienna. This book picks up immediately where Chasing Beauty ends. At first, I was a little (ok...I was actually ALOT) pissed off at Blake because he has already went back to his whore dog ways, but within a few pages, it becomes clear that his heart still belongs to Sienna. However, he still needs his butt kicked for sleeping with all those disgusting, gold diggin skanks.
Sienna, Sienna, Sienna..... She really made me want to shake her throughout this book. I understand the history she has with Kyle, but come on! He really did cheat on her. He cheated on her a month and she can forgive him, but she can't Blake- and Blake didn't even cheat, just accidentally forgot to tell her about Camilla Clayworth, his fiancé.
Lots and lots of angst in this book. There is one part that literally made my stomach drop. I wanted to scream at Blake for doing something that impulsive and stupid. Then there is Sienna, and some of her really dumb decisions regarding Kyle, then one really really stupid decision that could destroy the love that Blake has for her.
Did I mention this book also has plenty of yummy, toe curling, OMFG, orgasmic, I wish I was Sienna moments too?

This is a great series for anyone who loves to read a book with love, steam, love triangles, angst, heartbreak and great supporting characters.
I only have one complaint about this book.... It's a cliffhanger (not a terrible one) and now the waiting begins.....

This was so much better than Chasing Beautiful. Grammar and syntax was improved twofold. While I was just as sucked in as I was with the first book (didn't put it down and read all 338 pages in a single sitting) I am only giving it 4 stars...and that is honestly because the story sucked me in. The alternating POV's were done far better in this installment. However, because there are some serious lacking parts with the plot - I had to fill in with my own imagination - I can't give it a full 5 stars as a result. I'm planning on reading the next installment & hoping book 3 will actually allow me to give a full 5 stars.

There were a few parts hanging out there that could have been added to develop the plot a little more with Kyle, since he is part of this triangle, and it would have added more dynamic to his character other than being a love sick puppy who in my opinion forced himself on Sienna in that hotel. No means no & while she finally have into her twisted feelings, if Kyle was in love with her, he would have respected her no and would have waited for another opportunity. And then he randomly hooks up with someone on a night she happens to call him, really?!? And then he's pretty much written out of the book during the last 30% of the book. While I'm team Blake (who wouldn't be, he's fucking hot) Kyle just disappeared from the triangle with minimal fight. Doesn't make sense.
Chad's issues with being outted to his parents, & his resulting suicide attempt, were a great contrast to the whoa is me love triangle with Blake, Kyle & Sienna. His situation touched on some serious issues and was very touching in how it was presented and the support system he came to realize he had. (WELL DONE!

Great continuation to Chasing Beautiful!!!!!! Boy are there some surprises that I did not see coming! (Sorry, cant spoil). Love how the author still makes the heroine attracted to both men but in the end FINALLY makes a choice ;). The angst and love triangle are the things that always reel me in!!! Now go ENjOY!!!

I'm sorry but I thoroughly disliked this book. I felt there was lots of pointless drama that was dragged out entirely too long. All the characters are supposed to love each other but really it seems more about lust than anything else. The book ends with a slight cliffhanger mystery of "who done it?"

Re-read 10/2015.
I originally rated a 5, I'll keep it at that but the immaturity of the h was very annoying. Again, she spoke and thought like a juvenile, a 5 year old juvenile. No one in their 20s would act like that.
I guess the reason it is still a 5 is the angst. I do love it, the crueler the better and this book had plenty of it.

awesome read ! the best part 4me was..where blake discovered sienna had slept wid kyle. he went back 2 his house in mayfair, got himself drunk n slept wid her silk robe while crying like a baby. what an intense read ! a definite 5 star. i removed 1 star bcoz i was annoyed wid the parts abt the others. i wanted only blake n sienna lol;) amazing read, dunt miss it ! 4.5 star from me

This book was an emotional roller coaster ride for me! I'm glad they both came to their senses, but ugh, so frustrating. Can't wait for the 3rd!

I struggled my way through, at several points I just wanted to give up.
The behaviour of Sienna and Blake grated on my nerves.
The swearing 'British Style' emm next time just ask a British person if they frequently say 'bloody f**king' or 'bloody f**k' and nine times out of ten you will be told 'HELL NO!' It really gets on my nerves when people mistakenly believe that this is how we speak, because they may have seen it on TV!

This story picks right up where chasing beautiful ended. I must say it was quite the nail biter, in fact I think my mani is ruined because I seriously did bite my nails. I was so nervous the whole time, thinking Sienna was going to block her feelings for Blame and run back to Kyle because of continence and their past.
Blake was totally making me want to scream and beat him for trying to black out sienna using his man shoring ways. But I was broken too because they both were so miserable. It was frustrating watching them, especially Blake he was killing me and he could be so cold and malicious. The pain I felt for him and also sienna was crazy.
I wanted to reach in the book and shake them maybe beat some sense Ito them to open their eyes and for sienna to open her mouth and tell him that she loved him. They come together because they do have this crazy addiction and I feel like I'm on cloud nine but they quickly have me dropping back down with their craziness.
What happens at the end I was not expecting it shocked me, well maybe not so much because it was evident that Camilla was a crazy psycho, she doesn't love Blake she wants the popularity and his money something Sienna could careless about. She truly loves Blake. *squee* and he loves her.( happy dance)
I was bummed to see that this wants gonna be all wrapped up I wanted them to be married and have little babies. Yea I'm a sucker for the HEA. SO hopefully I will have my wish in the next book.

Hmmmmmm Blake Knightly...I love him and loathe him...double standards MUCH!!!!!! Although I could have seriously battered Sienna...how many times did she say no and then capitulate????? FRUSTRATING!!!! Love triangles again..however, Kyle just comes across slimy and I have no feelings for him whatsoever...very much a dislike..however I can see why he is her crutch and that she has a sense of loyalty towards him. I do love Blake but his tendency to try to f**k and forget is very very very annoying....as much as he loves Sienna if he truly did he would not behave the way he does..glad they got their shit together eventually and I am sure Camilla is behind whatever is going on at the end and can't wait to see what happens going forward..the only reason for 3 stars is once again the writing style was difficult to follow in parts and I am British and some of the vocab used was so off the chart plum in your mouth it just made me laugh..however rich and upper class people are, people just don't really talk that way anymore. But I can't wait for some more Blake Knightly...seriously hot and seriously sexy...seriously rich...seriously generous...seriously jealous...just seriously yummy yummy yummy...if Sienna don't want him, I will!!

This book is delicious! The glaring grammatical errors are less and I rarely found myself distracted by it. At this point we are continuing a month after the first book ended and sienna and Blake are both miserable but trying to move past it. Kyle is still in the picture. Sienna killed me in this book, based on her thoughts it was clearly no contest as to who she should choose. But she refused based on her past, which is slightly understandable, and the first half the book was just raw torturous pain to both her and her male counterpart. The end does resolve this love triangle, that I know of, there is a third book. I was getting worried during this book that the author was going to extend the drama out until the last second but that fortunately is not the case. The ending was great it had a nice ending to all the relationship nightmares but still ended with enough drama to keep you waiting for the next book.

I actually loved this book even more than the first. There were lots of ups and downs with Blake and Sienna but the story was perfect. I liked we got to see more of Chad from his past to his present. I loved that they were all there for him when he needed it.
Luce and Toby have their own issues and I hope those get worked out too.
I loved that through Chad's past we got to see into Sienna's past and I am hoping we learn more about what comes next there in the next book!
The end was awesome and crazy and I can't wait for the next book to pick up where this book left off.

Okay I just finished reading... I guess it was alright. Don't get me wrong.. I love Blake but holly cow this book wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I felt like some parts were really confusing and that some parts were too fast but I guess the plot was good... a lot of drama and it just didn't center around Blake and Sienna but also their friends which I liked.

After spitting up with the apparent love of his like Blake decides to go back to his playboy life style but longs for Sienna to be his completely. The lovely Londoner we met in the first book as totally disappeared and we now have a broody alpha male.
Sienna has to make up her mind what she wants, torn between her old life with Kyle and the support he gave her after the death of her father she is struggling to let go of him. Blake can't cope with this and continues to push Sienna away. She is torn between the two and has to decide which one she wants more. Kyle who is familiar with her and he old life, her first love and best friend or the man who makes her heart beat Blake.

Sigh.
I am unsure of what to say.
I have read a few Pamela Ann books now but damn I wish they weren't all so similar.
Same sex scenes, same character traits.
I know I will end up finishing the chasing series but I just feel I am wasting my time.
It's so back and forth but a positive is that Pamela's books are those kind of books that don't need much thought, easy read and fast good for a beach read or summer vacay.
One thing that does frustrate me is back stories that then get forgotten about eg the call from her abuses 'foster/family' lawyers, like what happened there....
Appreciate the quick read but needs more.
