What can I say? I loved it of course.
The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is Harrison's character not being more open and honest with Michael about the problems he was facing. They were raised together, so the trust should have been there.
To me, none of Harrison's reasons for not being more forthcoming with Michael makes sense.
It was irritating and felt out of character.
Also, if he had confided in Michael more of the suspense, mystery and the connection between them and Alexis could have been more thorough.
I really feel it would have made for a better and more developed story.

I read the first four books back to back, and this was my least favourite of the bunch. I still liked it, but considering the ages and responsibilities of the characters involved, I expected more maturity from them. They seemed rather clueless at times, each taking their own turn in mind vacuum.

Honestly I wasn’t too invested in this book and only picked it up for a quick read. Enjoyed the MMF romance but the world and these characters didn’t really suck me in.

The best so far! The Grand Master must follow the rules as well. Harrison has been holding off as long as he can to hopefully convince his third to accept the invite to the Trinity Masters. So many years have gone where she continues to reject the invitation.
Harrison realizes he must make a move to complete his triad, but there is an unknown danger that seems to be directed st the Grand Master.
Michael has been a trusted advisor and longtime friend of Harrison. He has known he'll be part of Harrison's triad for years. He knows there is something troubling Harrison, but is not being asked to help, which is irritating Michael.
Alexis is a Dr, who works in Michael's hospital, and has been friends with Harrison for a long time. She has also refused to join the Trinity Masters as she is not comfortable giving over her decision on whom to marry to anyone.
So much at play in this story. We get to see some of the others from previous books which is a nice touch, and helps with the continuity of the story.

This was a different triad than the other books. Alexis declined the offer Harrison made for her to join Trinity Masters years ago. Unfortunately, she’s the only woman he’s ever loved and now he must join a trinity or face the consequences. He convinces her to try their triad with Michael for 1 month and she accepts.
During all this, Harrison is trying to figure out who is taunting him and killing his members. Will he figure it out before it’s too late? Will Alexis be able to deal with living in a triad and will she join Trinity Masters?
I loved the passion of the 3 together and how Alexis felt about it all. The mystery was great and really kept me interested in the story.

Didn't buy it. Also didn't actually like any of the characters.

Glad to have the overarching murder/blackmail plot tied up, but I wasn't super thrilled with how it was done. Again, the characters are not deep, and the relationship is very much a V. (The two male leads are friends in this one at least.)
Overall, pretty disappointed in this.

Harrison is the big man. He has always loved Alexa. Shocking to her. Her boss Michael loved her. So delicious. This book would be the best. The Grandmaster took not just his woman .. But claimed his best friend.

This is a great series and if I read correctly, this will not be the last as originally planned, Yeah for us!!
Even if there are no more stories in this series, it is a well-rounded and wonderfully written story for the Grand Master (Harrison) and his mates. Now, I will not go into detail about the story because I think the synopsis gives a great overview of the story and I really don't want to give away any of the machinations/plotlines. Just know that this is a super sexy story, with lots of heart and with satisfying ending. You will love this threesome, guaranteed.

This book is about Harrison he's the grand master of the Trinity Masters organization. He must marry before his 45th birthday but because of the blackmailer from previous books he's been busy trying to figure out all the things his father has left undone while keeping the organization safe from discovery. He's been in love with his friend Alexis for a decade but she refused to join the Trinity Masters so he has been unable to start a relationship with her and his best friend Michael. Knowing he has very little time left before his birthday and that he and all those he loves including the organization that his legacy are in danger will he be able to protect all those he loves and come out unscathed?
I loved this book. Harrison, Alexis and Michael are great together even though they have differences of opinion they also have great chemistry. I loved the mystery of the blackmailer and trying to figure out what he wanted and why. It was very interesting and kept me reading wanting to know what would happen. At the same time there are things going on with Harrison and the Trinity Masters that also made me want to find out what would happen. Harrison, Alexis and Michael have a great relationship and some smoking hot sex! It was definitely a great read can't wait to find out what happens next for the Trinity Masters.

Harrison, Alexis & Michael have their hands full in this story. It's hard enough trying to get Alexis to join the Trinity Masters, she doesn't like the idea of someone choosing her mate. Let alone two! Harrison & Michael have a plan.
The biggest problem is the Insane person attacking Harrison & Trinity Masters. It's been building for a bit & now it's getting out of control!!
Love this Series. A Secret Society that's been around for centuries & is still going strong is a great basis to build on. Add all the sexy, successful people you have a hit!! I guess they don't have to be read in order, but it would help.

This is Harrison the Grand Master's story and I love it! We get to see what it must be like to be the one who has to make all the decisions on the triads, who decides who to invite or not to invite to join the Trinity Masters and more. Yes there are advisers but ultimately it is his decision.
Alexis declined the invitation to the Trinity Masters years ago. Her boss is part of the Trinity Masters and friends with Harrison and has always hoped she would change her mind.

Love that there is talk of a 5th book!! Can't wait. I don't know how Lila and Mari co-write this series but this is a fantastic series!! Love the premise and the interaction of the characters and the trials they have to go through to thet there HEA!!

I think this is where things starting to get a bit more interesting. Structuring the plot to continue the series or what the series started is looking good. I will give it 3.5 stars, I still feel there are some gaps throughout the story, in concerns to the story development.

I can now say I'm truly addicted to this series! The authors have done a superior job of moving from simple ménage (if one could ever be) storytelling to an engaging, action-packed storyline. That is why this particular book gets five stars.

I absolutely love this series...the intrigue and journey into the forbidden with each triad makes it addictive and entertaining.

Bad GRAND MASTER, cutting it mighty close! Harrison perfected avoidance in the guise of doing the right thing.. but obviously not for himself. Though I know it's what he was to do. Thank goodness for his council and unfortunately a obviously unhinged man they pushed him to finally acknowledge that time is definitely precious.. but at what cost?
