I have been writing since the age of nine and studied literature in college. I have been a waitress, a bartender, a business owner and an insurance claims manager. I have also been an equestrian, sailor, and an almost pilot. If I had unlimited power, I would end animal abuse, stop terrorism, and balance the national budget. My fantasy trilogy (and ten year project), “The Parables of Ancient Earth is now available. And my wish as an author is to affect lives for the better.

I received a complimentary copy of The Parables of Ancient Earth the Third Scroll: The Scrimshaw Tower via the author through Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ Giveaways. Anything you read here is solely my opinion based upon reading said book. This story is the last part of a trilogy. If you have not read scrolls one and two I would recommend you read those books first. The book starts off with our main character, Archippus, as much as he ever was. But soon we slowly see him transitioning into something greater and fulfilling his quest. Archippus risks his life once again to try to accrue wealth, this time in the form of the legendary pearl. All for the noble girl. He gets together a crew to try to get the pearl and they barely escape with their lives. Archippus leg is very badly injured to the point to where the doctor didn’t think he would make it. His friends held a candlelight vigil for him and get punished for this action is considered a crime. Our hero has his moment of epiphany and realizes that they were his friends and family all along. Archippus decides that despite his serious injuries he must go rescue them. We also learn more about Hodos and who he really is. He healed Archippusâ€ leg, not something your average songbird can do. As predicted, Archippus and his sister fight to the death. Archippus decides that he cannot and will not kill his sister and falls from the tower. Think Archippus dies? Nope the Seraph intervenes and saves our hero. I’m not going to give it all away but in the end our hero gets new name, Bowgunner, and all is revealed.
