I love writing adult paranormal fiction. Vampires, werewolves, ghosts... oh my. I've been writing since I was 11 but I've always been a dreamer... often getting caught staring off into space as I created stories in my mind.

One of my stories, Night Walker (Undeadly Secrets Series Book 1), won the 2017 Golden Stake Award at the International Vampire Film and Arts Festival held in Transylvania annually. I'm still quite chuffed about walking away with it after facing some great contenders.

Currently there are 6 books in the Undeadly Secrets Series, 3 books in the Undisputed (MMA Romance) series and 2 Independents short stories plus a brand new series beginning with Owned By The Mafia, released in 2023

I'm so proud of the fact both Undisputed and Unbroken both won the same award a year apart from each other. *TOP 50 INDIE BOOKS OF THE YEAR*

My favourite activities include spending time with family, watching my beloved St George Illawarra Dragons, popping into the movies for the latest blockbusters, going to the gym for my dream body. Or just a body. Anything, really.

Speerzie... book daddy. Baby daddy x 2. Simply irresistible

I’d like to first thank Pam Nelson and Jo Lawless for pointing me in the direction of this book. Fan-freaking-tastic!!

I’ve got to give praise where praise is due. Aaron L. Speer created one heck of an introduction to a new paranormal series. A lot of people categorized this as a romance, and while there were some romantic elements to be found throughout the story, it read more like a thriller to me.

So what is it about? Well, Alex and Lauren are BFFs and roomies. Alex’s boyfriend, Matt, rounds out these 3 Muskateers. Lauren’s new obsession is a mysterious club owner by the name of Dante. But Dante has no interest in her. It’s Alex who has captured his attention and she is absolutely captivated by him. Nothing hinky happens and Alex stays true to her man. However, Matt doesn’t trust Dante and his jealousy drives him to attempt to discredit him to Alex. He’s willing to do any and everything to get Alex away from Dante. Lauren becomes involved with a man named Ryan who is willing to let her use him to gain Dante’s attention. It doesn’t work but she continues a relationship with Ryan anyway because he’s strangely endearing. Too bad she can’t really remember anything about their relationship. Dante is a vampire and over 200 years old. He’s got a love for humanity and refuses to see humans as food. His beliefs go against the laws set out by his kind and for that he is shunned by the vampire royal house.

Other forces are at work and a lot of evil shenanigans are going on. The author did a great job developing his characters and building the plot. From one scene to the next, I didn’t know what to expect and there were many times I was left stunned by the turn of events. From ‘good guy to ‘bad guy, I’m most certainly intrigued and I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book. I’m crossing my fingers that the author will give more of a romance between Dante and Alex because their chemistry was intense in this one.

Alex is the main character and her life changes when she discovers that night walkers aka vampires do exist. Not only exist but are living in Sydney! Alex is a respectable school teacher with a long-time boyfriend, Matt; their relationship is a bit stale at the moment and Alex isn’t happy. She shares a flat with the original party girl, Lauren, who flits from man to man without a care. Right now what Lauren wants Dante, a very handsome man who owns a nightclub called T.

A night out at T doesn’t go according to Lauren’s plan, they do catch up with Dante and he is very polite to Lauren, but only has eyes for Alex. This annoys both Lauren and Matt no end. Lauren goes off with a surfer dude to try and make Dante jealous and so the stage is set for a hair-raising and life changing events for both girls.

I liked Alex, she was nice, and deserved better than Matt. Matt was ok to start with but becomes quite horrible as the story goes on. I would have happily chucked him over a cliff!! Lauren had been a good friend of Alex and the two girls loved each other as only best friends can but her character changes too for quite another reason and I had to confess I was horrified by her fate.

Night Walker is the first of a series and ends creating a wish in me wanting to know what happens next always a good thing.

I confess my preferences are for nice vampires the ones that like people and don’t feed off humans. The vampires in Night Walker are for the most part not so nice and even the nicer ones drink human blood. There are a few gory scenes but not pages and pages of blood and guts. Bad stuff happens and it happens quickly and then it’s over and on with the story. And I liked that.

Next time I am visiting Sydney though I will be keeping a keen out at night time you never, never know who, or what, you could be talking to.

This is the first book I've read by this author, so I wasn't sure what to expect as far as the story or writing style, and I was blown away. He does a great job of weaving in the history along with present day without causing any confusion on timelines, I think it was done flawlessly. The background information presented helps tie together some key points of the present-day story.

The characters were all three dimensional - completely believable and relatable and flawed in the best ways, both in the context of a paranormal story as well as real relationships and problems. There were no unnecessary characters, plots, or conversation at all in the story. Everything worked together so brilliantly and kept me on the edge of my seat.

It is always interesting to see how an author constructs a paranormal universe, and I am really enjoying this one. The book's description is an accurate representation of what's inside the pages, so check it out and if you're into vampires, action, tension, and some 18+ scenes, give it a read! I don't want to give anything away, so I will just say the book ends with a few cliffhangers that have me reaching for book 2 right away. This book was amazing! I love paranormal stories but haven't found a series that grabbed my interest in quite a while. Until now! I loved this story and cannot wait to find out what happens in book 2.

The Good:
I haven't read any vampire books before this, however I've seen a few of the movies, and there are some fresh ideas in here. The 'world building' (such as it is for a story set in an alternate present day) is interesting, and it takes place in my hometown, Sydney. The story is also well paced.

The Bad:
There is some very clunky prose in this book, especially the dialogue. There are also more than a few mistakes missed by the editor.

'Friends' character the protagonist is most like:
Alex is the calm amidst chaos. She has a dark secret, a whiny boyfriend and her besty is a psycho. Alex is Monica. I expect the sequel - Day Dreamer - will reveal a paleontologist brother named Ross.

Intriguing modern take on vampires and other creatures that go bump in the night

Strengths: good pace, solid writing, decent character development, and I really want to see where the story goes. Points for the not typical setting of Australia. Bonus points for no massive info dump in what promises to be an interesting and complex story.

Weaknesses: Occasional awkward dialogue and just a bit too much Aussie slang. Nothing obnoxious, but it did jerk me out of the story every time. Wobbly world building, but it steadied. The female protagonist was tap dancing awfully close to being a TSTL Mary Sue Ingenue, but the author managed to never cross her over the line*

Special note: I wasn't exactly sure who the main protagonists were by the end of book one. I have no idea if this was by design, but it worked for me with this book and the story being told.

*I fully own that my dislike of ingenues is close to irrational.

I've been hearing what a great book Night Walker is for over a year now and finally settled down to read. I get it now. I love the storyline. The concept of humans and vampires working together has me ready to dive into the next book in this series.
Mr. Speer's character's are well written with just enough background to keep me guessing and wanting know to more.
The story flows perfectly, keeping me, the non-PNR reader, entranced.
Aaron Speer's vampires aren't the over the top, fantasy world type. They live among us but have a deep history. There are good and evil vampires, as conflict is what we need to keep turning the pages. And that is exactly what I did. I stayed up all night turning the pages, then one-clicked book 2.

*** IMPORTANT: The book will be free on Amazon during 5 days since the 12th of April. ***

Just when I thought I had read every good book about vampires Night Walker comes in and proves me wrong. If you are looking for a fast passing, ingenious, smart, funny and well written book this one is a great choice. And if you are a vampire lover like me, trust me! you have to read this one.

Alex is a young woman whose life is turned upside down when she finds out that night creatures are real. She is a likeable character, quite real and brave on her way. When the story is at its highest peak she takes the reins of the story and does a good job at it. Dante is the typical tormented vampire. He tries to make out the best of his situation and obviously he doesn't want to live like majority does and creates his own rules.

The other characters are all well described, the bad guys are evil to the core, the good guys fight with all their power but I have to mention Lauren, the BFF, she is a crazy b**** (if you know what I mean). She is one of those people whose personality comes like a tornado and drags you into her craziness. I really liked her and was one of my favorites (even at her darkest moments).

There are a lot of elements that make this book worth your time. For example the writing style, it's fresh, natural and modern. It feels like if you were talking to a friend. Of course this friend happens to live in a world where vampires are real. The dialogues are natural and believable, I never doubt I was reading about people around their twenty-something. It's clear that the author used his knowledge of the city, the surroundings, the local history and how young people have fun (I almost believe that this wasn't fiction, of course it is or I would be buying a plane ticket to Australia).

Another thing that got me reading was the action, there are numerous scenes where adrenaline jumps in and it's palpable through the words and you can sense the tension and the danger. There are old enemies, secrets unraveled, the past coming to change the present. You also get great doses of blood, death and intrigue.

This book brings back the classical vampires, the ones that sleep during the day, don't spark and are real kick-ass bloodsuckers. The author explains everything with simple words and you get an answer for everything. Despite using classical elements the book also adds original facts and ideas (which I won't tell because I don't want to ruin the surprise).

I really liked, well more like I LOVED, that this wasn't the typical vampire book where the main lady falls for the bad guy who ends up being a blood-sucker. I mean, she feels attracted to Dante but I think is only because he is really handsome and a good person. Also, as you know the vampires have in their nature a way to lure everyone, it's their way of survival. I think it was really clever to create a story that doesn't revolves around a silly love story.

Last, I would like to mention the cover. It's beautiful and it really captures the story with images.

What can I say about this book? I don't generally take the time to write a review of a book unless I really feel the need to share my opinion, and in this case I do.

I went into this book with the misconception of it being a romance. (Thanks to all the fangirls who lust over Dante on a daily basis.) While no, I did not feel that this book contained any "romance", there was a deeper meaning behind the persons in this book. Mr. Speer takes you on a journey of humanity, self sacrifice and the ups and downs that is struggling to find who you are. In this case, some of those involved also happened to be vampires.

There are a lot of books and movies and shows and comic books and all sorts of things dedicated to the vampire storyline. What I took from this book was a sense of realism and authenticity that is hard to find when it comes to paranormal. The detail and the backstory was so well thought out and meticulously explained that I seriously started to wonder if Aaron is secretly a vampire telling his own family's history - it felt that real.

Once I got over trying to turn this suspenseful and intriguing book into romance novel, I really appreciated how well it was written and how relatable the characters were. You definitely felt a build-up to a future romance - so don't worry ladies, I have a feeling you're going to get yourself a healthy dose of the elusive-ly sexy Dante - and I can't wait to dig into the second book in this series, Day Dreamer.

Speaking of which - what am I doing here writing a review? I have a sequel to read!!

Great Story. Liked the beginning with a little bit of background that introduces the reader to what's transpiring. Love the character development and the bond or not so much of a bond between the three main friends. Was interesting to see how they dealt with their current situation upon realizing what actually exists in the underground world of Sydney, Australia. Makes you wonder what kind of people we actually come across in our daily lives without knowing. The characters actually speak and act like normal day youth would. Dante is a fresh spin on a mysterious character that throws himself into the three musketeers world by his interest in Alex. Was a page turner and kept reading to find out what happened next. As a guy I was kind of rooting for Matt in a way to discover the truth and more information about Dante and what was going on in his girlfriend's head, contrary to what possible female readers would. This book contained a great mix and balance between scares and love. Any reader that enjoys both or either of these would enjoy it. For me personally, the language use and some graphic descriptions are something I don't regularly look for in a book. Funny though that with this being the case, I still look forward to reading the next book in the series to discover what happens.

I rate this book 3 1/2 stars. An entertaining, erotic vampire romp through Sydney. I always get a kick out of recognising places and being able to laugh at the “in-jokes in a novel, which is one of the things I really enjoyed about Night Walker. I laughed out loud quite a few times from the description, the altered interpretation of some Australian history(!), the slang, and the little in-jokes, such as “VB - Vincent’s Bitter

I don’t read much vampire stuff, but I enjoyed the details and myths that were compared, explored and explained. The characters are a mixture of fun, flawed, and just plain annoying (much like real life) and the relationships struck me as believable and pretty typical, especially the BFFs Lauren and Alex.

An enjoyable, light, and easy read. I spent several hours travelling across Melbourne on public transport, and Night Walker kept me pleasantly amused.

All going about their own lives.
Dante however holds a secret from Alex’s past. One that will shock and change her life.

Awesome Read!!

I found Aaron and his books during a Facebook party. He's books intrigued me because they weren't the typical vampire books but actually seem to get back to the old school vampire as seen in the lost boys movie. Night walker was a roller coaster that kept you on your toes and always wondering and guessing what it all was about and what was going to happen next. Such a good book!! Highly recommend! <3 ~Lela

I'm normally not big on paranormal reads. I used to read them constantly and I think that I overdosed on them. Luckily for me, I dipped back into the para-ocean with Night Walker, a stylish re-telling of the nosferatu storyline with a good set of characters. Spinning out Australian, Eastern European and Celtic mythology, Speer has offered up a new twist on an old favorite.

Aaron's lead, Alexandra, is a young woman who has had tragedy in her life. Loosing both of her parents, one to cancer one to dementia, she lives with her best friend and is dating Matt. Alex is the type of person that we know. Straightforward, seems to have it together, loves her friends. Enter Dante, owner of club T and current obsession of Alex's BFF Lauren. Dante is friendly and charming, though enigmatic. He is a man with a secret.

Speer's story moves along well with clues and information as to what is truly lurking the streets of Sydney given as the tale progresses. Speer keeps the tension taut and keeps the action versus interaction well balanced. There is little downtime as the characters move closer and closer to a climactic showdown ending. While I wouldn't necessarily call this a cliffhanger, there are issues left unresolved. Issues that I look forward to revisiting in the next of the series.

Absolutely loved this book
This is a new author to to me and oh my days can this man write. This book has had my heart racing from the start. I love how the story starts from when the vampires arrive until the presant day. Alex her friend and boyfriendare going out to a new club in town unknown to them its run by a vampire. This is where she meets Dante although she has never meet him before he knows who she is. They talk for hours leaving her boyfriend and best friend feeling jealous. This leads to a maze of twists and turns that kept me interested in the story and omg what a story that unfolds you can't help but fall in love with the characters. Dante is an old vampire but won't live by the vamp laws so is an out cast some of his own doing. He doesnt want to use humans to feed and kill. He would rather just have one a donor even though he heart doesn't beat anymore he has so much compassion. You can't help but fall in love with the characters in this book. Brilliantly written and would highly recommend it

This is my first time in reading this author with it being great to still discover new ones. Who doesn't like to unravel secrets? In this they come out to play even with the main character taking you on into this one-Alex. Also not all paranormal has nicey nice in it with this being the one that is like that. The world that comes revealed is dark and dangerous with us getting pulled to the edge as this goes on. The changes that will go on in this one is what will keep you to the pages.

This was a good read with lots of plots within the plot! I found this to leave me intrigued as to what was coming and what will be coming in future stories!

I really liked Dante and his way of thinking of humans. The care for Michelle was wonderful!

I liked too that it had a good pace for me the reader!

I have a list of people I don’t like and so I can’t imagine what will be happening with them in the future!

Glad I read this new to me author!

I received an ARC for an honest review

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the story when I started but it was completely different than what I thought. This isn’t your typical love story of human and vampire. This is so much more complicated with much going on. Secrets that have yet to be confessed, futures changed forever, and complications that have you unsure of what is going on and what will happen next. There’s sex, revenge, hate, and love between characters and the author has us guessing on what’s to come next between any of them.

3 friends enter a world unknown to them... a world that was just a myth. Their lives become forever changed and only one vampire can truly help them.

Night Walker tells the story of what happens when Sydney girls Alex and Lauren meets vampire Dante and in turn becomes caught up in the darker side of the Sydney nightlife. It is written by new to me Australian author Aaron L Speer and he weaves vampires into both contemporary and colonial Australian culture skilfully to make an interesting and entertaining novel.

Night Walker revolves around three main characters Alex, Lauren and Dante. Without spoiling the book the character's of Alex and Lauren are shaped throughout the book by the interactions with their boyfriends Matt and Ryan. I have a love/hate relationship with male characters having so much sway on female character development. I will say that was saved by the amazing relationship between Alex and Michelle - omg girl power - I loved how kickarse Michelle's character was throughout the book. Dante, a 200 year old vampire, is one of the things that go bump in the night he also runs one of the coolest nightclubs in Sydney. I loved the flashbacks we got of Dante through out the book and how it helped to fill in the country's vampire heritage. I also really liked that this book took a different approach to vampirism - read it to see. Dante's character can be hot and cold (lol) and it is hard to get a true read on his character by the end of this first book.

Aaron L Speer captured the classic Aussie humour in Night Walker and in it's characters. As a Sydney girl I can definitely relate to those places and stereotypes (Matt and Ryan) and found reading it easy. Night Walker ends on a hook to book 2 and just when you thought vampires were all that bumped in the night you now know there are werewolves.

Recommend for readers who like vampires, paranormal, thriller romance, historical elements.

Awesome Australian vampire saga begins...

4 and 3/4 stars, 1/4 lost only for typos and not enough ...adult interactions (IMO, of course)

Let me preface this by saying that I finished this awesome story a few days ago, very wound up in excitement for the next book in Mr. Speer's Undeadly Secrets series. I'd wanted to settle myself, and my thoughts, before writing my review. I'd wanted my review to be concise, not overly "fan-girlish", and detailed enough to encourage people to read the book yet not give any spoilers that would ruin the experience. Trouble was, the more I tried to reign myself in, the more I didn't like the way it "sounded" in my head. So, taking my own advice that I give to others, I'm going with my gut, writing my thoughts as they come to get them free of my mind.

I should begin by saying that I am an American, reading my first Australian author, my first book set in Australia. It was incredible! I learned some Australian lingo that I affectionately refer to as "Aussie-isms", easily understood via context. I learned tidbits of Australian history, could easily learn more via the author's links within the story. Another first for this reader, to be given such information, if I want it. Australian history is a part of the refreshingly unique interpretation of the vampires in this story. I've read all sorts of vampire fiction over the years, and this was a believable mix of old and new concepts, cleverly "proven" with historical facts. Mr. Speer's vampires are fascinating to learn about, and he slowly gives more information throughout the story, so you can guess a little, then be proven wrong in the best way. Nothing predictable here, no information-dumping all-at-once, and that's a very good thing. These vamps are a little bit old-school scary, ruthless, inhumane, and yet a little bit intriguing, sensual, and enviable. A must read for fans of vampires, even if romance isn't your thing.

This book is a great mix, I think, of UF and PNR. There's the incredible world-building, mystery and at times violent thriller aspect of UF. We're also given a deliciously sexy, supernatural hero inherent in PNR. No annoying "insta-love" thankfully. Just an expertly-paced build-up that leaves you wanting more , like right now.

I've always been a very critical reader, finding flaws in everything, frustrated when I see what gets published these days. Imagine my surprise when I literally could not put this story down! Interruptions to my reading such as needing to make dinner, wash the laundry, etc were deeply resented as I read about Dante, Alexandra, the people close to them. I honestly haven't felt this way in way too long, and am grateful to this author for bringing the joy of reading back to me. I'd been quite miserable after recently finishing novels, or struggling to finish a few more chapters of some, by "best-selling authors". Then here comes this new guy from Australia with the most well-thought-out tale I've encountered in some time. He kept me reading, kept me guessing, and kept me wanting more. His characters reflect people we've all known or at least met, and some you just love to hate. But for me, it was feeling that anger toward the "villains" , feeling the ability to relate to some of the characters, feeling the eagerness to turn the page that got to me. I hadn't been feeling much of anything in the books I'd read recently, other than groaning irritation, having to literally put them down and walk away. Now, I'm groaning in eager anticipation for the next book in this series!

So, for a synopsis of plot, I recommend reading the description and some of the other reviews, I don't want to ruin the joy of discovery at all Just know this is nowhere near the "typical" anything. This is a brilliant world of modern-day vampires in Australia, told in a gradually unfolding tale of layered details. There's drama, mystery, suspense, love, lust, scares, and thrills. Reading this was one hell of a great ride, and I can't wait to run right back in line for another.

Alex and Lauren are two single women sharing an apartment. Alex is a school teacher with a steady boyfriend of three years. While she's responsible during the day she loves to have fun at night. Her roommate, Lauren, is a crazy party girl who loves to go out and have fun. When she has her mind set on a man, she gets what she wants. What she wants now is Dante.

Dante isn't like anyone the girls have ever met. He's handsome, he's polite, he's sexy, and he owns the hottest club in Sydney. From the beginning I could tell Dante wasn't an ordinary man. He seemed to glide on the air, always there when someone needed him. As much as Lauren tries to get his attention, he only has eyes for Alex.

Meanwhile, Alex and Matt are having relationship trouble. He wants her to stop seeing Dante and she swears they are just friends. Lauren is mad at her as well and runs into the arms of Ryan, another man who isn't what he seems.

Suddenly life turns upside down for Alex as she learns that vampires are real. Will Alex be able to accept the vampire world or will she soon become a part of it?

I really liked this book. Alex is a fun loving woman who got the short end of the boyfriend stick. While Matt seems like a good guy in the beginning, he soon turns out to not care about anyone but himself. I was rooting for Alex to see how horribly Matt was treating her and finally break up with him. Alex is smart, loyal, and brave. She was a believable character.

Lauren was another believable character but one that I didn't like as much. She was the classic party girl who was always out looking for her next man. While she loves Alex and wants her to be happy, she also wants to be happy herself. She's used to getting her way and when it doesn't happen she throws a royal fit.

Then there's Dante. He oozed sex from the moment he stepped on the scene. Rich, good looking, and totally infatuated with Alex. He's always there when she needs him and if he can't be, his "personal assistant" Michelle is there for her. The problem is Dante has a secret. He's been waiting to tell Alex since she was just a child and now that they have become friends he is anxious for her to know the truth.

The development of the characters in this book was fabulous. I felt like I knew them all. There's also a lot of drama in the story from Matt and Alex fighting to Dante and Alex growing closer, to Lauren and Ryan heating things up.

In between the normal love and romance is a vampire war going on. Two old enemies are looking for a way to destroy each other but neither can strike first. Soon Alex, Lauren, and Matt are caught up in the middle without even knowing it.

There's also some blood and gore. You can't have a vampire novel without a few people dying and some blood being shed.

From start to finish I couldn't wait to get back to this book and find out what would happen with Dante and Alex. The great news is that this is the first in a series and I can't wait to find out what happens next!

I give this book 4 out of 5 stars.

I found this book by accident really; goodreads sent me an email about giveaways and I found this book listed there. It looked like an interesting enough read that I decided to buy the ebook. I'm glad that I did, because it was really quite enjoyable.

The way that the story began was intriguing, I appreciated the bits of history and background info leading into present day. I really liked that this was more of an original concept when it comes to vampires than most of the books one can find out there. The character and plot development was good, and I absolutely loved how descriptive the author was. It felt as though I could see the things that were being described. The writing was also very good, and there were very few errors/mistypes.

The book follows Alex, her best friend Lauren, and her boyfriend Matt as they are immersed in the supernatural side of Sydney. It was interesting to watch the way that their mutual relationships progressed (or broke down, depending on how you look at it). I felt badly for Matt the way that he ended up being hurt, but he did sort of bring it upon himself by being such a jealous, ignorant asshole. I mean, reallyyyyyy(!!!!!!) who gets a phone call from someone that won't identify themselves and just does as the unknown person tells him to? Lauren also got a pretty raw deal in the grand scheme of things. Unfortunately, it had less to do with her deserving it, and more to do with her not understanding her worth or demanding to be treated properly. Although this may make me sound like a whack job, I was totally pumped for Lauren when she got to exact her revenge on that callous, cowardly bastard. After she got summoned to the king's estate, I was sort of left wondering what actually happened to her though since she really wasn't mentioned again.

Another thing that surprised me was the lack of a real love triangle, which seems to be an ever present fixation in books now. I did appreciate that, even though I sort of wish that there was more of a romantic vibe between Alex and Dante earlier on in the book. I felt like they were pretty platonic, other than a few random things that felt a tad inappropriate for Alex to be doing while in a relationship with someone else. Maybe the lack of tension/spark just had more to do with the secret Dante was hiding from Alex, or the fact that he doesn't experience emotion the same way that humans do? However, closer to the end of the book they did begin to show a bit more of a connection/attraction to each other. I think it's just the hopeless romantic in me, but I really hope that they end up falling in lurve and doing it like bunnies.

All in all, I'm excited for the next book in the series. I'm hoping for some kick ass [supernaturals], some more development of the relationship (?) between Alex and Dante, and please for the love of all that is holy, let someone beat Julian's ass. Hard.

Book: NightWalker
Read By: Ebook
Author: Aaron L Speer
Genre: Paranormal Dark Romance
Main Characters: Alex
Recommend: Yes
Spice: 🌶️️ 🌶️️
Age recommendation: 16-30+ Years
My feelings:

Can I start by saying I love that this is written in my home town. Every single paranormal book I rad is based in USA, UK etc, but not this one. This one is based in Sydney Australia!! I was so pumped t read this, simple to be able to actually put some of the landmarks in my mind for real.

“Are you trying to get me drunk, Mr. Delavega? Alex said, in mock astonishment.

The book is about a girl called Alex who lives with her friend Lauren. Lauren gets obsessed with this new club own called Dante. But Dante ends up obsessed with Alex instead. Alex Bf gets jealous of Dante and tries to discredit him. What they don’t know if that Dante is a 200 year old Vampire, who has been shunned by the council for not seeing humans as food but as people.

“I’m not making fun of you. It’s flattering that you think I could pleasure you in such a way.

I loved the chemistry between al the MCs. And you wish that Alex would leave Matt for Dante the whole time. Dante is totally swoon worthy.

“It doesn’t matter. Listen to the story and learn from it. Do not make the same mistake she did. He will never love you. Being with Alejandro will only cause you pain.

Night Walker is the first of a series and ends creating a wish in me wanting to know what happens next always a good thing.

“I don’t understand. What the hell is it then? “Lycanthropic. “Lycan—what? Dante looked again at the report and crumpled it in his clenched fist. “Werewolf.

Great read, highly recommend.

5 Vamping Star’s

I stumbled upon this book by some friends and I can’t be happier that I did.

So vampires ohhh yeah, there are a lot of characters in this book, but not enough to get me confused let me see if I can break it down for you.
Lauren, Alex are roommates, Matt is Alex’s boyfriend. Lauren is star eyed over Dante, only he doesn’t even see her. Dante owns the bar T they go to. Lauren hooks up with Ryan at the bar has an amazing night only she can’t remember it all.

This is a great book for me is about what you have, and what you want. But sometimes getting what you want isn’t always what it seems.
Dante you know pretty much right away he is something more, something you want to get to know but want to stay away from as well. Alex isn’t afraid of Dante if anything she is intrigued by him, and him of her.

“You love them, and what you love is important to me to protect. Dante

We also meet Vincent and Julian father, son. And how they play in to the story will have you wanting to know more.
Michelle not only works for the bar T, but she has a personalish relationship with Dante and she welcomes new friends in to their circle.

“Just goes to show how stupid boys can be, no matter how long they’ve been around. Michelle

She is totally someone I want to hang around with!
We also meet a very old vampire renamed Dougie by my good friend Michelle. Here is a quote I absolutely loved by him.

“Anyone can take a life, but to save a life is true power. Dougie

This book not only has the vamps that I love. But the world that is created sucked me in, and isn’t going to let me go for a long time to come.

“Her punishment will be, knowing what she has done and what she lost. Dante

And my last quote you all know how I love my quotes. I leave you with this.
“Kindness is not a weakness.
