Born to British Army parents, Viveca grew up in Europe and speaks six European languages fluently, which basically means she can buy food (and wine), wherever she goes. Married, with two biological children, plus four adopted children. Now, years later, the kids all grown up, she is an international best-selling author, writing a variety of genres, her favorite being exceptionally dark and twisted suspense romance/ murder mystery / Saga's.
She loves to get under people's skin and into their minds. Her books are for broad minded intelligent readers and not for the faint hearted at all, specializing in plotlines with shock elements that make some readers become violent with their Kindles. You will either love or hate her fictional characters, there is no in between with her writing. Her stories are unforgettable.
Her hobbies, when not writing, include playing the cello (or trying to), and various other things that involve sitting down. All the athletic hobbies (horse riding, ski-ing, fencing, sailing etc) have now been put on the back burner so she can exercise her mind instead!

Dancing with Devia it is one crazy good book. Jullian never even realizes that one innocent meeting with a woman named Devia at a car show had the potential to send him and his life on a whirlwind of unpredictable circumstances with horrible consequences.
I enjoyed the way that the story is told, from the point of Jullian looking back to explain to us how he ended up where he is at this time.
He was a man that went from believing he had it all, a loving wife, two amazing children and a career that he loved, to losing it all. The hardest part to watch was him not even knowing or understanding how everything was pulled out from underneath him, he was always in the dark.
Devia is a devil on earth. She believes she should have whatever she wants no matter what the cost is to others. I do believe she has no soul.
Throughout this book we are taken on a ride, right alongside with Jullian, the only difference we at least had a little of a clue what was going on behind the scenes.
This book kept me on my toes, at times it was hard to tell what was up or coming next. The only truth throughout was Devia was a conniving, horrible human being that will stop at nothing for what she wants. Jullian appears to be a very naïve, individual who doesn’t listen to his own gut when he should have and it gets him in quite a few predicaments.
Viveca Benoir does a great job with writing using the element of surprise, catching the reader off guard. Just when you think you know where the story is going another aspect is thrown in the changes the story entirely. Even after finishing I was left thinking was that real, and who is telling the truth.

Viveca Benoir likes the crazy...she writes books that get under your skin, make you sweat and shout at your kindle. We met Julian and the sisters in Matt: The Beginning and I just knew trouble was ahead for them. I wanted to lock Devia away for what she did to innocent people and how she absolutely was gleeful as she ruined lives.
This book was suspenseful, sexy and will make you hate this woman (and feel so bad for her twin sister in the process).
As with this author's other books the ending will leave you wondering if it's all over or not...but nothing is ever what it seems to be and evil tends to get away with murder.
Excellent job with this fatal attraction on speed type of suspense novel.

**** 4 **** "never talk to strangers" stars

Devia is definitely short for deviant as this lady is one fruit loop short of a complete box. Having set her eyes on an unsuspecting victim she plots her way to ruining his life, leaving him on death row for crimes she committed. She is a crazy and totally obsessed bitch that will literally stop at nothing to get what she wants - Julian. No boundaries, no morals she is a woman on a mission and I found myself laughing at some of the absurd behaviour she displayed. I also shook my head in disbelief when Julian was so blind to the covert manipulation of this woman who blackmails his boss, befriends his wife and ruins his life. Honestly men really can be a little dim!
This is another dark obsessive read from this author, there are the harsh consequences of bad decisions and no swooping last-minute saves - the innocents die...if you like an conniving leading lady and a sexy yet bumbling love interest then dive straight in you won't regret it.

A four star man eater read.

Good guy gets screwed by 'crazy bad bitch' in every sense of the word. A sort of modern 'Fatal Attraction' without a bunny being boiled. The main difference being he, like all guys, hasn't a clue she's hitting on him and hunting him down. Good plot twists.
If the book shows how women think then its enough to put men off women entirely. Easy to read. Not as complicated or dark as To Murder Matt or Matt - the beginning. A good simple read. Can read it in one sitting. I shall read other books of Viveca Benoirs as they are published.

This book totally blew me away! I loved how twisted Devia was and the lengths she went to so she could get her own way were unreal! The storyline kept me totally hooked and I was shocked with every chapter that passed.

Julian is sitting on death row and can't believe his life has turned out this way, he then tells his story of how he ended up there. Devia is totally obsessed with Julian and fantasises about them being together and this is how the start of the reign of terror begins for Julian.

Devia makes it her life mission to get as involved as she can with Julian's life and the way she sets him up and frames him for things is brilliantly evil! This woman knows no bounds, there is nothing she wont do to get the man she loves!

I was shocked and intrigued and totally held hostage by this book!

It was unlike anything I was expecting, I couldn't believe just how evil this woman could be!

Such a fantastic read, it can be read alone but has references of characters in the other book with tie them in nicely!

I haven't read a book quite this intense in a while. I'm going to go ahead and assume her name was supposed to be devious or devil because she was both.

I wanted to be sympathetic with Crystal but I couldnt, she was acting like a shrew when Julian hadn't really given her a reason to doubt him. If there's one thing I hate it's paranoid women that don't have the patience to listen to someone who they claim to love. If Julian had cheated on her before I'd cheer her on but as it happens he hadn't so I don't know why she was all mental, but thats just me. I guess jealousy can drive one mad. The accident made me tear up , those poor children.

Julian on the other hand had no idea about Devia, I don't know how thats possible , not finding it odd when he saw her popping everywhere.

Devia was so evil there should be an award named after her .

It was interesting to read, loved it.

What a fantastic read! I loved every minute of this book

Devia - devious, dastardly and bloody brilliant at the same time. Julian has no idea what has hit him when a one chance meeting with Devia whilst at a Antique Car Museum, manages to turn his life upside down.

This is full of twists and so engrossing that I couldn't put it down! The ending ... Wow even I am t left thinking who is it really?

Brilliant book and I am loving Viveca Benoir, can't wait to read more from her.

I didn't like this book as much as I liked To Murder Matt and Matt the beginning. Devia is really evil and won't stop until she gets what she wants. I couldn't believe the things she was capable of doing. A twisted story that you will not want to put down.

Another fantastic dark and twisted tale by Viveca Benoir. I was hooked from the start and had to keep reading to find out if Devia was going to get what she deserved and I was a little shocked at just how evil she was prepared to get to get what she wants

Need safety info please. Is this a romance novel? Does he sleep with both women at the same time?

It’s tagged as romance but I don’t trust authors these days.
