This ends on a bit of a wet fart. Thing is, I like this world, but I never really get a real sense of it. All I see of it tends to be in these cordoned off bits of the plot's weirdness.
(Also, not a huge fan of the note at the end of this issue saying the trade will have an extra 12 page prologue. I'm not desperate to read those pages, but it feels a bit.. off towards the seperate issue buyer, but maybe that's just me.)
Corinne, Hank and the little Dwarf Vikker seem to be hiding out in the Forests of Russia or wherever the Heck they are. The Vampires that were apparently destroyed in the last issue come back, with the kid they saved from a previous issue's wife being one of them. A blood bath ensues. Hank is upset. He leaves Corinne to her own devices. And now she's off to Lagos to face off against the big bad guy who's experimenting on all these Ghosts and torturing them. it's been an interesting read but not the best. I'll have to re-read the series again and have it all make sense.
