This book is a simple, straightforward guide to HR analytics. The book is written to be a step-by-step guide and is a great starting point for most HR professionals. I appreciate how the book is honest about being a starting point and you will more likely need more resources to get your analytics set up, and provides some of those resources in the book.

I honestly don’t know whom the book is written to. Way too simple for even an average person.
