Well explained concepts for those who want to understand the very basics of circuits from scratch onward. You'll need to know a little about differential equations near the end, and also the basics of how to use Laplace equations to solve simple DEs. That's the stuff I already knew; it was the basic stuff about how voltage and current worked (and what they are, fundamentally) that I didn't know despite watching countless YouTube videos.
I got this read to gain more understanding of circuits. While I feel I got this, take note it is a practical textbook so it has theory and also a lot of equations and scenarios for its use.
This book is well presented, and I found it a useful recap for principles I learnt long ago. It would have been great to see Matlab used to solve the equations.
