Being written by a friend of ours, this is a really good read. Being his 4th book, I’m really impressed.
This is a book about a man who made a deal with the devil.
It’s filled with very dark humour as the devil torments Paul, trying to make him commit suicide so he can claim his soul.
Even with the harsh subject topic, the dark humour lifts the story and it is a very entertaining read.
Some of the language made it harder for me, and some of the subjects brought up; especially as it was said in such an off the cuff manner. But he is the devil!
I thought it was clever how some other people could see the devil aswell as Paul, and as you learn the type of people these are, serial killer, paedophiles, rapists etc, it makes perfect sense!
Such an intriguing and unique story! Brilliant writing!
