I fell in love with the world she created, which is so detailed and vivid I felt like I was there. The kinship I felt with her characters was something I hadn't experienced in so long, and by the end, I found myself fiercely protective over them. This book is a PERFECT blend of modern fantasy, with top tier spice and character development. I can’t tell you how many times I was blown away by the simplicity (in the best way) of words that made me feel SO MUCH.
