This was a bit slow for me at first. Then the magic began. This story is the best true soul mate story I have ever read. The intensity of the love between Vaughn/Ivan and Sasha is like a brush fire that you believe is burned out, but keeps flaring up until it turns into a conflagration. They were meant to be, and whenever one fears it is over, then other reminds them it will never end.

Again we have Olivia and Damien hunting down killers while continuing to search for Damien's father. The whole paranormal crew at the haunted house and Damien's aunt are helping in the search for the murderers and who is making ghouls!
I can't tell you how much I love these characters and the trouble they always getting into.
Ms. Dolgner keeps outdoing herself with each book in this series!

I gotta say that this book is one of the scariest I've ever read! The idea that AI is going off the rails into the point of madness could very well be true, and this story could be non-fiction.

When she meets Gil, he tells her his friend asked him to keep her safe. Gil is determined to do a good job, but he has no idea what they are getting into. When he finds that his friend & his twin brother have been working on something that could be used as a bioweapon, things go from bad to worse.
This was an interesting read that kept me turning the pages until the end.

This novella is an exclamation point to the Betty Boo series, and a prequel to the new bed and breakfast series. I really loved how this brought all the old ghost hunters into a new story with a new head character. It was also a lot of fun watching Carter get targeted by an angry ghost!
