Scarlett literally fell for a guy who laid hands on her sister's ass just a day ago, all because he's "hot".

The main character? Weak. Dumb. Easily embarrassed. Scarlett's only personality is "I-love-my-sister". She said it many times that she loves her sister and would do anything for her, yet I don't feel any bond between them. I don't feel any bond between the characters at all.

And last, the setting. Everything about the setting is just wrong. And confusing. I finished this book and still has no idea what's the whole point of the Caraval. The whole thing felt rushed and forced.

This book is actually so good and much better than The Hating Game. Aaron mf Blackford sent my standard soooo high. Now if a man doesn't buy me 5 tacos instead of 4, willingly offers to be my fake date because he's secretly in love with me, learn Spanish so he can communicate with my family, then I don't want it.
