Dude. This was such a feel good story. Then it rips your heart out. Then it makes you feel good again. I snorted while laughing which I only do when I'm laughing too hard. C.M. Foss has such a gift for making her characters feel so real and relatable. The way she describes scenery makes you feel like you're there, looking right at it. I loved the earthy feel to this book, the wholesomeness of it and the way two people from two different worlds can collide and find something truly amazing.

I was really excited to read this book. After I read The Suicide Princess, which I LOVED, I was eager to see what Mr. Bryan brought to the table with his second book. Walk Through My Door did not disappoint.

Oh goodness. I swooned, I cried, I LOVED. What a sweet and funny story with some real 'real' life in it as well. This book touched me in a very personal way. I love how Foss told the story of Thomas and the struggles the main couple went through. It hit home hard for me as I also have a special needs child and many of the things--emotions, described were so relatable for me. This is a beautiful love story that plays out with the beautiful backdrop of a horse farm and two people who love the life. I would highly recommend this.

This is the first book I've read by Cora Carmack and I adored it. The story was fun and light in the sense of angst, but the characters were so well developed. Sometimes you just find that book that sticks with you. This is one of those books. Sorelle has amazing character development and I fell in love with them. This is a beautiful story about loving someone even when it's scary and they are scarred. I wish I could do better at describing what I mean, but all I can say is truly a beautiful story I will never forget and I highly recommend it.

Every time I've started a Penelope Douglas book it's been like, 10pm. I don't know why I do this to myself because I'm always up all night trying to finish it. I LOVED Rival. Mostly because of Fallon. I loved the idea of her moving past her past, letting go and accepting what happened, but not letting it define her. Not every heroine (be it fictional or real life) has a pretty story and hers wasn't. It had some ugliness to it, but she moved past it and became a better person b/c of it.

So I read Meg Collett's End of Days series and fell in love with her beautiful writing. I was granted the pleasure of being one of the first to read her soon to be released novel, Fakers. Where to begin? I started this book last night and didn't make it to bed until 4am this morning. I ABSOLUTELY loved this book. The two worlds colliding and the connection was amazing.

I have not cried this hard while reading a book in a long time. Jamie is...just...there are no words. Again, this was a really long book, but it was worth it. The scene where Claire and Jamie part near the stones crushed me. I was sobbing. The things he said to her...geesh. I'm getting teary eyed just thinking about it.

What can I say? It was too long, yet not long enough. I fell in love with Jamie Fraser and I loved everything about him. Gabaldon wrote with such vivid description it was hard not to fall in love with this book. I desperately want to go to Scotland now. Like Immediately! The way Claire and Jamie's love blossomed from something out of necessity to something real felt just that, real. I finished Outlander and immediately bought the 2nd in the series. It's a VERY long book, but I wish I could read it again for the first time. I don't think I will ever forget these characters. I HIGHLY recommend this book of you enjoy historical romance with a bit of fantasy.

I hated to see this series end. I've fallen in love with all of the characters. The hot and protective Gabriel, the strong and iron-willed Michaela, and the always hilarious Clark. I love them all. This was the first novel I read by Brook Cumberland and I'm pleased to say it was a great book! Oh how I love Drew. What is it about a man with an accent. I don't do spoilers, but I will say Ms. Cumberland has written a unique and gripping story and I can't wait to read more of her work.

I am so crazy about this series now. I cannot wait for the next installment. The writing is amazing, so detailed, yet it flows so well. The characters feel so real and let me just say that I am team Gabriel all the way. Dear sweet Lord, I love him.

This was an emotional read. You are basically watching the heroine run head first into a moving train. She knows it's happening too but cant stop it. That is what I like about the story. It's an ugly story and sometimes we real book romance loving nerds need a reminder that some people do horrible things and destroy their lives with no other reason than to be selfish. She was hurting so in turn, she hurt the person who loved her most. Very believable. I was not a fan of Arsen, the man. But a person looking for punishment might turn to a man like Arsen. He was bad for her in every way other than he offered her an escape from her life, or reality. It was a good read and I'd recommend it.
