The perfect read for lovers of cheesy romances

The only reason why it's four stars is that the dialogues felt too melodramatic most of the time, it didn't feel like they were actual conversations people would have and it pulled me away more than once from the full-story-immersion mood. Also, and this one is totally me, every time I read Umbrella I couldn't help but think Resident Evil and hordes of zombies... so maybe in a romance using the same name of the evil corporation in the most famous zombie movie/videogame franchise of all times wasn't the best choice.]]> 4.19 2017 Spring at Blueberry Bay (Hope Island, #1)

This was a cute, easy romance. All the characters in this book were so good, it was almost too much sweetness. There were also some funny moments, especially when Bella made a fool of herself in the most unexpected and hilarious ways.

This was a cute story. Revisited high school crushes always make for a good story-line and the idea of them getting stuck in the elevator together was brilliant (even if short, the title and cover made me almost think most of the book would be set in the elevator)
