These authors are notorious for head-hopping POVs, which I know can be a dealbreaker for some people, but I love their character work so much I can't bring myself to care.

This one takes place as Olympic sailor Jonah is released from the hospital following a life-altering accident and must fight his way to physical recovery through the mental pain of knowing he will probably never be able to sail on his own again. The main POV comes from his husband Dare, who is doing everything in his power to keep Jonah from sinking into despair.

Dare knows his husband well and has moved them out to a cottage in the seeming middle of nowhere to give him the peace of nature that is necessary for his sanity. The sense of place is so strong as the two explore their new home that the Norfolk Broads became their own character. I have never felt drawn to England before (I'm kind of obsessed with the trip to Ireland I've been planning for years...), but the broads sound lovely.

One word of warning: It's a very small part of the story, but the characters have a bit of a domestic discipline-type relationship (non-explicit), and the authors don't really spend any time holding your hand explaining it. I've read the domestic discipline series that they're known for, so I immediately understood the subtext, but it could throw you off if you're not familiar with that kind of thing.
