I can't help you directly as I have two reasonably functioning eyes, but possibly I can point you in a direction that will give you better odds at finding the beta reader you need. Go to the Editorial Freelancers Association website . You can post a free ad for the service you need and it will be emailed to all the members who are receiving job postings. It's worth a shot.

Hi Cyril,

I am a beta reader with one functioning eye. Technically, my left eye "works", but I have such low vision in it that it isn't actually of use to me. Mostly can see basic shapes. Let me know if this is the kind of thing you're looking for!
