Who's is your Daddy? 🥵 Conway Levine is one filthy, dirty-talking, hot daddy that's who. 😉 He also knows how to get under the collar of Grace Astor, his son's ex-girlfriend. Yeah, that’s right😉...although to be fair, it's been over a decade since they dated, but the forbidden aspect of this romance still remains.🔥It's spicy and still contains all the small town vibes perfectly fitting a Blossom Beach novel.

Grace Astor is a single mom who has had a bit of a crush on Conway Levine for years, but when Conway politely dropped her off one drunken night where she made a pass and he didn't take her up on said pass, it's safe to say that Grace was mortified and since then has held a bit of a grudge...for almost fifteen years, but who's counting. 😂 Both of them moved on, got married, had children and lived their lives...or did they. 😉

This book has all of the enemies-to-lovers vibes that also mixes in all the hot daddy and forbidden this is her ex energy. It’s quite the mix and it's explosive!🔥

Beautiful Mess is small town cozy with lots of sweet while also bringing all the hot and dirty. ]]>

There was so much that happened in this third book between Aelia and Reign and it was impossible to put down. It had all the emotions, all the action, and all the angst. It was everything I could have hoped for!

Kidnapped and held prisoner by her grandsire, Aelia is held captive by King Helroth, who is not only the King to a court long thought dead, but he is also Aelia's grandfather which makes her a princess to the Court of Infernal Night. Aelia could care less about being a princess to the Night Fae and only wants to return to her friends, her home, and most importantly her cuoré, her love, Reign. However, the longer she's in the night court the more her mind gets muddled and returning has a different meaning.

For anyone who has been waiting for more Reign, which includes me 👋, all of his thoughts, especially on how much he truly loves Aelia, come through in this book. Reign is almost driven mad at the thought of losing his mate and he stops at nothing to get Aelia back. I swooned, I giggled, and I loved every thought that went through this dark, shadow-daddy's head. Along with Reign's brooding and searching, Ruhl is by his side the entire time, which might have contributed to some of his brooding, but weirdly enough it also began to mend their brothership. It's a small mend, since it walked a very fine line between helping and Ruhl couldn't seem to stay away, as he couldn't shake his own pull to Aelia. Of course I want Reign and Aelia to work out in the end ❤️, but I also want Ruhl to have a happy ending in whatever form that is. This love triangle is such a crazy conundrum.

There is a lot uncovered in this third book, but as I watched the pages ticking by I noticed that the tension and plot weren't going to wrap up by the number of pages left. My panic levels rose not only with the story, but with the end of the book that came faster and faster until suddenly I was left with a cliffhanger....nooooooooo. It was a whopper too. 😉 I love everyone in this world so, so, much and  I can't wait until the next book. ]]>

Another high octane read! Juliet was on the warpath with just about everyone in her life and she didn't stop from page one until the very last sentence. There was drama, angst, tension and tons of build up for the continuing story line. I can't wait to see how everything continues to play out as this series moves forward.

The Scorpion Kings are just getting a taste of who Juliet really is, now that her darkness is off the leash, and vice versa. She may not trust Nolan, Gio or Lex yet, but she also needs them. So while each guy is pulling or pushing at something different within her, they all touch on that same dark vibe that grows stronger every day within her. The mystery of who is controlling everything grows and finding out who it is is going to continue to haunt me until the next book. 🤪🫣

A great, dark, why choose series! ]]>

Hold The Line had me weeping, my heart leaping, and I found myself connecting with these characters at a soul deep level.

Don't judge a book by its cover is the famous saying, but in this instance, don't judge people by their outside looks, or more appropriately who they are related to by blood, as a summation for this book. Certainly as the more I read and the more I got to know Phoebe Kelly and Deacon Slater, it was apparent that Phoebe was more than just her Kelly name as Deacon was leagues beyond his Slater name as well.

For both of these gentle souls, who came from different worlds and had very different experiences growing up, that no matter where you come from or where you're headed there are good people in the world and not only good people, but people who do decent things just because they have a good heart. Throughout this book it was a good reminder and a good lesson that when you run across good people it also means there are no strings attached, no ulterior motives, and that someone is being sweet just because they want to. That is Phoebe Kelly in a nutshell. She has her father's kind compassion and her mother's straight forwardness, but she is truly her own person. It was something that Deacon had to be reminded of over and over again, even when he himself was a decently good person. He just didn't view himself that way. 😢

Phoebe owns Sugar Rush, a bakery in town and also lives in an apartment vs. living on the family ranch. While she's the sweetest, gentlest person walking the planet, she very much has her own determination, but it's also clear to see so much of both of her parents in this wonderful woman. When Deacon moves in as her new neighbor she welcomes him with treats from her bakery, but it takes a moment for him to find him neighborly spirit. It's hard to say no to Phoebe and all her sugary goodness after all.

So while it didn't take Deacon Slater long to succumb to all the pink sweetness that is wrapped up in one Phoebe Kelly. Truly, her kindness is truly hard to say no to, and honestly Deacon really never wanted to, he just felt he didn't deserve to. He's had a hard life, truly harder than most. This man...🥹😢😭 he deserves everything pink and sugared because nothing has been easy for him. How he has such a huge heart is truly amazing, but every rose bush that displays a beautiful flower is surrounded by thorns, that is Deacon's inner beauty. He deserves the world.

This couple is truly one of my favorites and it takes a lot to knock off someone else from my favorite Julia Wolf couple pedestal, but Deacon and Phoebe are magic. They have crawled their way into my heart and made camp and I am totally okay with that. ]]>
