SO, SO GOOD!
I've wanted to read this book for a while and finally downloaded it for my recent vacation. I've been a fan of Minka Kelly's since her Friday Night Lights days. I had decided just to peek at the first couple of pages immediately after I downloaded it and only had two chapters left by the time I got on the plane because I couldn't put it down!

This was such a powerful story of courage and strength, and I have nothing but admiration for Minka's determination to heal her traumas, overcome them, and create an amazing life for herself. There were certainly times throughout this story where I was horrified and felt pretty annoyed with her mother, but by the end, through Minka's own healing, it was easy to see Mo in an entirely different light--as a human who did the best she could.
