You know when you read a book and you feel like if you donโ€™t read it in one sitting then youโ€™ll enjoy it less because the rush of the newness leaves and its appeal dies down?? Yeah, this was ๐—ก๐—ข๐—ง that.

This book was EVERYTHING. I MEAN ๐‘ฌ๐‘ฝ๐‘ฌ๐‘น๐’€๐‘ป๐‘ฏ๐‘ฐ๐‘ต๐‘ฎ.

I read this so slowly because I knew when it would be over Iโ€™d be a wreck. ๐—”๐—ก๐—— ๐—œ๐—ง ๐—›๐—”๐—ฆ ๐—ฅ๐—จ๐—œ๐—ก๐—˜๐—— ๐— ๐—˜ ๐—™๐—ข๐—ฅ ๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—Ÿ ๐—ฅ๐—ข๐— ๐—”๐—ก๐—–๐—˜ ๐—•๐—ข๐—ข๐—ž๐—ฆ. My standards are too high now. ๐Ÿค 

The writing was ๐˜๐˜”๐˜”๐˜ˆ๐˜Š๐˜œ๐˜“๐˜ˆ๐˜›๐˜Œ๏ผ� I can go on and on about how beautifully written this masterpiece was. The diversity in this book was amazing to see!

There was not a ๐—ฆ๐—œ๐—ก๐—š๐—Ÿ๐—˜ dry page. Not one. I drank every damn page like it was my only source of water.

This wasnโ€™t the typical third-act conflict type of book. NOPE. It was riddled with ups and downs but you canโ€™t help but feel everything with these characters. It had depth and was plain amazing till the freaking end. (๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฑ๐˜ช๐˜ญ๐˜ฐ๐˜จ๐˜ถ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ธ๐˜ข๐˜ด ๐˜จ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜จ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ด)

It had lots of my favourite tropes.
The found family trope in here was the cutest shit Iโ€™ve read in ages. The communication between the MCs was like a balm to my soul bc after all of the miscommunication tropes, I thoroughly BASKED in it.

The small moments guys. ๐“๐‡๐„ ๐’๐Œ๐€๐‹๐‹ ๐Œ๐Ž๐Œ๐„๐๐“๐’.
They gave me all the feels. The soft touches. Him randomly tucking her hair behind her ear. Her just staring at him bc heโ€™s so damn hot. The forehead kisses. The way she calls him โ€œbubโ€� ๐Ÿคญ๐Ÿฆ‹๐Ÿฆ‹
Thereโ€™s so much more where this came from I promise!

๐—ก๐—”๐—ง๐—˜ ๐—›๐—”๐—ช๐—ž๐—œ๐—ก๐—ฆ is my newly anointed HUSBAND from sports romance. This man is the most caring, reckless and loving creature that managed to work his way into my soul. Heโ€™s so thoughtful and his inner monologue is so funny. But their banter is even better ๐ŸคŒโค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”�
He actually had his own life in this book too. Sometimes dual povs just feel like one because theyโ€™re both living the same thing. But this book showed the distinction between their thought processes and how theyโ€™re actual individuals, not the same brain.

Gosh, ๐—”๐—ก๐—”๐—ฆ๐—ง๐—”๐—ฆ๐—œ๐—” ๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—Ÿ๐—˜๐—ก was so relatable. It was so hard seeing her go through all that shit but watching her grow stronger and healthier was so rewarding. Iโ€™m so proud of how she dealt with things.
I loved how she became amazing friends with the team and cared about them like family. I loved her for saying what she wanted and sticking to it too. Iโ€™m so glad she had a spine and stood up for herself when it mattered.

Iโ€™m genuinely so impressed this is a debut novel and I cannot WAIT to read more from Hannah Grace!!
