Hi from the author! I appreciate this review- and I think this format or formula would work REALLY well for the volunteer group that you run (minus the alcohol). Please send me an email or a message on social media and I'd be happy to help you brainstorm ways to adapt the formula for that. One of my readers in Montana recently used this to host an alumni meetup for at-risk youth he mentors. He said using the Reminder message formula, collecting RSVPs, and a few other things helped him double the attendance rate and have a much better gathering! Anyhow, not trying to sell anything, I am just genuinely passionate about helping folks host better meetups, parties, and gatherings.
