such a cute and fast read! absolutely LOVED it. i actually had moments through out the book where i wanted to step in defend jessie cause WOAH so much was going on. same with ethan. he is so sweet and he made me giddy as hell (kicking my feet and smiling like an idiot type) only thing i would say is that i would love to see more of jessie with her dad and her stepmom. how they adjusted to each other. and same with ethan! after finding out who was SN�� I NEEDED MORE OF THEM!!

i was caught speechless too many times to count through out this book. the twists were INSANE and the way everything connected between each other?! LYNN BARNES you are a GENIUS. i absolutely loved this series, partly because it reminded me so much of criminal minds (i love that show) but also because of the found family trope in it! such a fast paced book that kept me on my toes. gosh, such a thrill.

i must say, i do think i prefer the natural series over the inheritance games 🫢

the plot twist were TWISITING. for a moment, i was gonna give it 3.5 stars, but i think after reading the last two chapters, it has to be a 4. so so good. can’t wait to read the next and final book of the series.
