Good, very good, strikingly well written, including more narrative devices than you could shake a stick at, but still, seems half-finished, almost as though it had only been a draft. Though to be fair, I have not yet encountered a speculative fiction story that did not meet that description, except possibly some of the work of Tamsyn Muir.
