Tweetie—loved since *Mr. Heartbreaker*—steals hearts all over again as a broken hero who finds healing in Tedi’s love. Their journey isn’t easy (good riddance, Bud!), but the diary entries revealing their past add depth and keep you hooked.

The banter, heat, and heartache are balanced with laugh-out-loud moments (Bodhi and Micha’s scheming returns!). While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to the Nest crew, the tease of a new series has me excited for what’s next. This book was a chef's kiss! The tension between Holland and Bridger was palpable even two years after whatever happened between them. It's amazing how they gravitated towards each other without even knowing who the other person was.

The chemistry between Holland and Bridger was fantastic throughout the entire book �� I couldn't get enough of it! I loved Bridger's determination to find out who was spreading rumors about him, especially since he suspects Holland. The scene where he catches her dancing outside and blackmails her was intriguing.

The fake dating trope was a highlight for me! Watching Holland and Bridger get closer and learn to trust each other was wonderful. I'm also interested in Garrett and Bridger's story and can't wait for the new series, especially the next book!

This was everything a romcom could offer! Sexual tension, playful banter, unrealized yearning and screamably loud UNDENIABLE CHEMISTRY �� Callahan Hastings is all you want in a book boyfriend! He's a billionaire with a B, charming with a HOT BODY, doesn't let anyone disrespect her woman, makes sure she eats with her (even though she's a chef who usually eats the leftovers for the other people she cooks for) and a boss who knows when to be a friend to her and help her in her passion and also help her experience life in more ways than just doing her job. Lucy Rae Owens is the cutest FMC who has a passion for cooking through and through, she wants her recipes to be posted online by her but she is too caught up in her head to ever record a video when Cal offers help. YES! A MAN WHO SUPPORTS HER PASSION! What more do we want right?
I totally loved these two and the story. I wish it kept going on and on because oh do I wanna be in Pembroke universe!!
