LEGACY OF THE LOST WORDS by Ashwini Pratham
"Ashwini Pratham's novel is an emotional read, first of all. As you get into the details of Savitri and Dev's love story, you feel the emotions beating in your heart as heartbeats...
The novel also satirises the issues of vain honour and petty hierarchies in the society that forbid sensible and amicable solutions to problems that seldom exist on ground... only in the minds of people still bound by the rigid traditions that make no sense in the modern society.
Aanya's character symbolises resolve and determination. You will find her personality as an idol for today's generation.
The story has its share of adventure, mystery and intrigue as well. A complete package by a first-time author... "

In Her Defence by Navdeep Singh
"Though is book is based on fact and precedents, it was an emotional one for me. Being a woman, I could instantly find the connection... do women still face discrimination at male-dominated work places such as army? Yes. Much has been done. Much needs to be done. I appreciate the editors and contributors who have made this collection of articles and observations possible. More and more readers should read it so that they can understand how discrimination and a biased rulebook may disregard what women have to contribute to the society. "

Bride's Guide to Shopping in India by Sukriti YJ
"What could have been a heavy-handed critique of fashion industry ethics becomes irresistibly engaging through Sukriti's witty storytelling. The bemused gypsy men's reaction to selfie requests during the Jaipur visit had me chuckling, even as their portrayal highlighted cultural appropriation. Mihika's spreadsheet meltdowns (something like "why does ethical fabric cost more than my degree?") bring relatable humor to real financial struggles. The author's genius lies in using these light moments like zari threads—sparkling highlights that make the darker fabric of the story shine brighter. You'll laugh even as your heart breaks for the artisans. A rare combination... and I truly enjoyed it! "
