Can you tell us a two-sentence horror story?
Sally McIlwain At first, I was able to dismiss the unsettling and muffled noises, sounding so much like distant, distressed voices, that started the night I moved into the ancient house. But I knew I could no longer ignore those sounds the night I looked into the bathroom mirror, and, instead of seeing myself, beheld an unknown and frightening specter staring malevolently back at me.

If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?
Sally McIlwain I would like to visit Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. There, I would like to meet Professor Dumbledore, Harry, Hermione and Ron. Most of all, I would like to meet Hagrid. He seems to be a gentle soul who loves the animals he cares for.
