Yes! I'm currently finishing up the second book in the series, The Merry Men.

Since I was a kid, I'd constantly have these stories popping into my head. At times, it actually became maddening because they never seemed to leave. I'd obsess on them for days at a time, the imaginary world growing larger and more real. When I discovered writing, it was a way to let them out and move on. So for me, inspiration comes from trying to maintain my sanity.

For me, the best thing about being a writer is the escape. Even when traveling the world, there would be times when monotony would kick in. When I was a child and I told my father I was bored, he'd always say, "Take your clothes off and play with them." It was his way of telling me that being bored is just a state of mind. Once writing entered my life, I learned that he was right. Even on the blandest of days, I can always find some new adventure to go on when trapped in the house.

Not very well. As a professional kickboxer, I've always seen writer's block as my adversary. When it steps up, I attack it head-on, sometimes sitting at my computer for ten hours without writing anything of merit, then fall into bed knowing I got my butt kicked. But during that frustrating battle, there's always some takeaway. I usually wake up the following morning, look at the nonsense that I wrote, and find at least a morsel or two that I can build off of. I'm sure there's a better way, but it's just how I'm wired, and I feel I need to go through those hard-fought battles from time to time to get to something good.
