Thank you so much, Natasha! I'm so glad you like them!
I would definitely go back in time to visit a young Anne Boleyn (from Tarnish) because I'm dying to know what she was really like. But ONLY if I could come back to my own time again--I like running water and modern healthcare!
Cheers,
Katherine

What a great question! I do love Catherine of Braganza--Can you imagine coming to a strange country where you know no one and struggle to speak the language? And marrying the king?? I also love that she is the person who started the great English tradition of drinking tea. :) I don't know if she visited Charles before he died, but I like to believe she did. By the accounts I read, she was a gracious and generous person.
I can't say definitively if I'd write a book about her--there are so many wonderful historical characters to choose from!
Cheers,
Katherine

Hi Cintia! Thanks for finding me (and have you tried Book Depository for my books? Though I understand shipping can be expensive...)
Writer's block can be tough, and I have to tackle it in different ways depending on how it tackles me. Sometimes, all I need is to find a quiet place to read something else for a while (someone else's book!). Sometimes, I need to do something fun (bake cookies, go for a walk, see a movie with a friend) and sometimes, I need to do something I HAVE to do (like clean the bathroom). Occasionally, I have to do all of these things, and when they don't work, I just have to walk away from the project for a while--hours, days. Even a week.
If the book means enough to me--and they always do--I always manage to come back to it. And after a block, I'll often have to apply that bum glue to keep myself in the chair in front of the computer, but it's always worth it.
Hope this helps! Good luck and happy writing!

Hello Hallie! Thanks for contacting me, and for letting me know you like my books! I don't have any plans for more Tudor books at the moment, but I always have ideas in the back of my mind (Jane Grey? a young Elizabeth?). I do hope to write more one day. In the meantime, have you read any of Jenn McGowan's books? (beginning with Maid of Secrets). They are YA mystery/romances set in Elizabeth's court. So much fun.
Happy reading!
Cheers,
Katherine

Hello, Mihai, and thanks for contacting me! I'm so glad you feel this way--it's exactly what I hoped readers would feel about my books. I adore history, and love imagining the psychology behind the actions of historical figures.
I try not to play favorites, but Brazen has a special place in my heart. I felt very close to all of my characters, and loved writing the strong friendships between the girls as well as the romantic elements. Additionally, it covers one of the most dramatic times in Tudor history--the fall of Anne Boleyn--which absolutely fascinates me.
I hope you enjoy it, too.
Cheers,
Katherine

I'd love to, Kelly! I have a couple of ideas, and have been researching them, but have yet to find a publisher. I'll keep playing with the ideas, though--hearing from readers like you inspires me!

I am always writing more books, Sarah! At the moment, I am working on a contemporary novel, though it is still full of gossip and secrets and friendship and betrayal. I'm also developing another historical, but this one is set in a completely different era, so I have a lot of research to do!
I'm so glad you've enjoyed my books--it means so much to me to hear from my readers!

I love Mary! She is such a fascinating character, and her marriage to Francis was obviously transformative. At the moment, I have several other books "in the works," so no plans to writer a novel about Mary right now. But I think I always have her at the back of my mind!
Thank you for your kind words about Brazen, Emmah--I'm so glad you liked it!

They make up a three-book series, but there is no series title. However, they are companion novels, so don't need to be read in order!
