Find a critique partner who's work you enjoy reading and who you trust.
S.E. Gilchrist Making up your own worlds and characters and letting them face danger while I'm nice and safe :)
S.E. Gilchrist Sometimes I take a break from writing - depends on my deadlines - and listen to music, walk my dogs, read, watch crime shows etc, really just replenish my creativity well.
