I get inspiration everywhere. I keep my cell phone handy and when I get an idea, I voice dictate it as a text message or a note to myself on my IPhone.

Growing up in a Pentecostal church, I never liked the way the woman of Proverbs 31 was presented as only a homemaker, with the emphasis on moral excellence and purity. She represented those things but they did not define her. As I was studying one day it dawned on me to study each word in Proverbs 31:10 in the Arabic and the Hebrew. What I discovered inspired me to write the book.
