The idea for the Born Ready book came from my own personal experience of being a young girl who felt too much. I had few too many people around to talk to whom were older than me and could shed light and give me hope that I would survive my life.

I'm currently finishing up Born Ready's first full length book which will be a guide for teen girls. Our team is also developing a web app that I'm pretty psyched about!

I stop writing. (I know that's probably not the right answer though!) I guess I just honor the fact that writing isn't what I need that day and then allow myself to explore other channels where I find creativity and comfort. Sometimes it's dance. Sometimes it's reading. Sometimes it's sitting in a cafe for hours drinking iced coffee and people watching. I don't stress about it too much because you can't force 'process'. Ideas and drive always regenerate [for me] when their time comes.
