Me and Twitter are discussing the character of the good people of Philadelphia. Water ice, street fights, and cheesesteaks are all up for analysis.

I have the stomach flu but I feel well enough now to have some soup and to read a little from this book. It’s called “God: a very short introduction by John Bowker. When I take breaks from writing something Like right now I’m working on a revision of a screenplay I try to read or watch things that seem thematically quite different from whatever my work project may be. Ask for and explicitly receive permission from anyone who wishes for their own story to be a part of any case against a person or people. We can get very heated about these situations but it’s important to be crystal clear on our end goal and on the process we choose to follow to achieve said end goal.
Be realistic. Be respectful of those who may not wish to speak up or file a complaint. This is their right. Whether they feel they are a victim, a survivor, or neither of those things - well, that’s entirely up to them. Not you. They get to decide. It’s their choice.
And first and foremost, ask yourself why you care so much. Sit with that, figure it out, and proceed with dignity and grace.

And here is my analysis of why so many evangelicals support Trump in the face of every piece of evidence that he is not a Christian and that he does not actually care about them or the values of Jesus Christ as imparted in the Gospels.
