“In the redness of red meat, nature's message lies.”
Rida Berilgen, ONE QUARTER: Humans live on one-quarter of what they eat; on the other three-quarters lives their doctor

“Can one explain the whole heart without filling a huge book?â€ Leonardo da Vinci wrote this note next to his anatomical drawings of the heart in 1513. While it may be impossible to describe the heart in its entirety without filling a huge book, could a more modest book on preventing heart disease at least open the doors to a longer life?”
Rida Berilgen, An Enjoyable, Evidence-Based Journey to Longer Life: Can One Explain the Whole Heart Without Filling a Huge Book

“The concept of dieting often conjures images of excessive weight loss and restrictive meal plans that are quickly abandoned. However, in its truest sense, dieting is not about short-term weight-loss fads, but rather a commitment to a long-term, holistic approach to health.”
