I'm not used to sci-fi and am only on chapter 7, but Piercy amazes me with her ability to create a world that seems entirely plausible in the age of Trump and climate change. And she's also amazing for going to 2059, then back to a time that is more familiar. There are also references to 2017 even though this book was first published in 1991. I don't have a question except maybe: Is it worth while to continue read?
