This book starts with a summary about drawing and explains that practice makes perfect. Then it describes the various tools that can be used to draw and emphasizes getting a parents help if a fixative is needed. Then each page shows how to draw something new. The tips are pretty easy to follow, but for someone with no artistic talent, such as myself, I do not know if I would be able to follow them. The drawings progressively get more difficult and involved. My students who love drawing books will love this one as well.
