Lush Curves just wasn't for me. Aolani Kahale starts out as photographer’s assistant and ends up being the model for a billionaire's (Gavin) advertising campaign. Within 24 hours they end up having sex and Gavin assures her that she is incredibly sexy. She worries for about 10 minutes that he's the boss and it might ruin her reputation. Gavin wants her but he thinks it would be disloyal to his dead fiancée so he keeps her at arms length.
After they have been traveling together and having a lot of sex (although they are keeping it a secret from the crew) Aolani finds a wedding ring. Gavin is cruel to her and lets her believe he is married. When Aolani finds out he isn't married she forgives him very quickly and decides to accept whatever he will give her (because he tells her he can't offer her his heart).
She of course thinks that his actions speak louder than his words and that he does care about her. However, when he refuses to acknowledge her to his family she decides she's had enough. Gavin of course decides at that point that he is in love with her.
I found Aolani incredibly naïve and she let Gavin treat her like crap a couple of times. I didn't buy the "love" at all. There was a lot of sex in the story but I didn't find the characters all that likeable or believable.

Sweet Jesus!! Delilah strikes again with a wonderful start to what is going to no doubt be another Epic Serial by her.
I have read everything from 50 Shades to some seriously erotic novels and short stories, but NONE have stolen my heart like Aolani and Gavin. Any man, no matter who they are that sees hotness in a woman with curves over skin and bones will hold my heart forever. Gavin's desire for Aolani had me hot and bothered from their first meeting and overly excited by the end.
I am in LOVE with the Character build of this first installment and dying with desire to get installment two into my hands to see where this goes from here.

This is a hot, hot story! Among all the sexual tension, Delilah Fawkes showcases her ability to balance two shifting perspectives between the leads, without making them sound like rehashes of each other. Living dialogue and interesting characters are what makes this more than just erotic fun, it makes a real book.
While a bit light on the sex, Lush Curves is very heavy on the foreplay, in the best kind of way. With the characters and story I've seen so far, I can only look forward to part 2!
If you liked "The Billionaire's Beck and Call," definitely give this a shot for a interesting twist in the billionaire genre!

I was bordering between 3-4 stars with this...I want to give it a 3.7. This was a pretty great start for this series. After reading a previous series by this author I was hesitant to start this one but so far this is leaps and bounds better.
Aolani firstly I LOVE her name...secondly this said BBW Erotica...she describes her with a small waist...small waist is NOT BBW. (That was my rant for this book)
Mr. Fletcher (I am having issues remembering his name) seems like he is going to piss me off in this series...meaning he is going to do something to push Aolani away and I am going to want to throw something.
I have lots of hope for this to be an amazing series...can't wait to read the rest.

I own this book since last year but it didn't give me much interest. But, wow.
Aolani is a curvy young lady from Hawaii, she worked as an photographer assistant. Until the CEO of the company she worked, Martin, came by and asked to be his model..
It was short and sweet, typical of novellas. The idea of curvy girl who's beautiful enough but didn't realize it always intrigued me. I liked Martin, he's sweet and honest. And not to mention, polite. He's such a gentleman, I loved him!
The author's style of writing is so easy to to catch up and I can't wait to read the rest of this series! Eeep!

It was a very interesting first book reading; But it is definitely two short.
