Very colourful and beautiful photography. Really gorgeous! Every recipe has a photograph and there are lots of recipes in this book. Would have like to know which brand of food colouring they use. It only says natural food colouring. Interactive content does NOT work.
Honestly just a very pretty book. It seemed like just fluff until i got to page 67...Lemon Meringue Cake. the photo alone sold me on the recipe, that i just might be daring enough to attempt. Mostly a coffee table book with a sprinkle of rainy day recipes to attempt.

I am a bit disappointed with this and very pleased I didn't pay full price for this. The recipes are lovely but between each recipe there is a double page photograph so more than half the book is photographs. I like the idea of heating the sugar before adding to the eggwhites but you do end up wasting some of each batch and if you are going to make these a lot, it could prove to be expensive.
Nicely presented but too much padding and not enough recipes.
This is a fabulous book with such stunning and inviting photography , it's a keeper for all those who love making delectable edibles and perfectih the art of sweet making. The meringue girls just overload you with the gorgeousness of the creations and compel you to jus get cracking on those eggs and create unforgettable and very very repeat worthy desserts. This is a Cheers! To the humble yet decadent Meringue!
This book was a total waste of money to be honest. It's nothing but a collection of pretty pictures and useless recipes. The main meringue recipe which is the reason I bought this book was very poorly explained no pictures or anything to associate with the description in the text "stop whisking just before it turns into a cotton woolly appearance" what the hell is that supposed to mean !!!! For a book like this I expect description enhanced by visual as well.
I actually met one of the authors at a charity dinner. I personally love meringues and the pictures in this book make it worth the purchase! You can also follow the Meringue Girls on Twitter and IG.
