Oh Stella...get ready for the end.

The El he loved was fucking flawed and she owned it. She didn’t need makeup or even underwear and was surly on a whim. Her pain worn like a badge.

I've lived these characters for so long. I love them all.

TIk - TIK - TIK - TIK ---->BOOM

Yeah I look smug.... thats coz my heart is still pumping.....although if I held my breath much longer I might have been in danger of passing out. SEAMLESS IS AWESOME.

So in the final conclusion of ' By A Thread' series Stella our 'FBI beauty'.... we watch as she attempts to pull her life back together.

She's been loved, left, lost, blown up, shot, and exploited. Physically, she's almost completely put back together. Mentally, Stella's been drowning...

"my pain is so all-consuming, I can’t even tell the level of it

"Cut the anchor that's been holding you down and swim to the surface as fast as you can"

Just brace yourself for the roller coaster..... plot twist, love, loss, crime, government cover-ups you name it, it's got it....with W.T.F. just happened.....all over it!!

Just beta read this for the super talented RL Griffin and it is a truly brilliant conclusion to what has been an awesome series!! I seriously can't explain in words how much I have thoroughly enjoyed this series and how I have come to think of these characters as my closest friends (sad I know!!) but it is testament to the writing skills of RL Griffin. Emotional roller coaster but truly brilliant!!

(Full review to come)

Seamless (By A Thread #3) by RL Griffin
5 stars!!

“That may be an appropriate statement, because in order to look seamless, you must need to have an entire world of shit going on under the surface. I don’t see this seamless outside, but I’ll tell you I’ve never felt more lost inside.

I honestly do not know where to start with this review. My emotions are all over the place, I am happy that Stella got her closure but I am pissed that this series is finished. It is one of those double edged swords…you want to know the end, but you don’t want it to be the end. I would be quite happy to read about this group in perpetuity, such is the connection that I have to this series and the characters in it.

Stella, she is absolutely, totally and utterly amazing. We all know the shit that she has been through in By A Thread and Tension and you know that Seamless is not going to be any different and oh my shit (as Stella would say) does she get it in spades. You are always wondering when Stella is going to catch a break but we know that with the threat of Jamie still hanging over her, it was not going to come anytime soon. This girl has been through the mill and then some, how she has come through it with her sanity intact will forever be a mystery but with the help of a therapist, George and her friends she is making great progress. For the majority of this book Stella really grew, she was becoming more assured of herself, despite the threats still lingering around. It isn’t until she is cruelly let down that she then takes a lot of steps back and regresses to the “old Stella.

“Why keep putting yourself back together if you’re just going to keep breaking apart?

Stella makes up her mind in this book, she wants her life back and she is going to do everything she can to achieve it, even if it makes her do some pretty hard and horrible things. I must say that some of the decisions that Stella makes during this journey brought me to my knees, literally. I had tears on tears. I was heart broken. I had to take a breather and regroup, message the author and tell her what a B she was and then got back to it. I have to applaud RL Griffin because she had the balls to go there even though it has probably decimated a lot of hearts in the process. It is a real I HATE YOU moment, but one that is typically Stella.

“Whatever happens, know that everything I’m doing is for you. I’m sorry I couldn’t keep my promise, but know that you are the only one for me. That’s my forever.

I really cannot go into details with this book, as you know from the series, the plot is intricate and complex and any slight discussions is going to give the game away so I have to keep my lips well and truly zipped with regards to this. Lets just say that it is a roller coaster ride, there are ups and downs, twists and turns, you are going to be scared witless and then relieved, you will be crushed and you will be slowly pieced back together again, it truly is one heck of a journey.

This book really hit me hard, as I said I above, things happened that really took my breath away and I was extremely conflicted, however RL Griffin certainly stayed true to Stella’s character and as this is Stella’s story I am totally supportive even though it darn near destroyed me.

The usual suspects all make appearances in this book, we have the gorgeous George who can totally do no wrong in my eyes. Millie, she is well…Millie…totally the best, best friend anyone could wish for and she is there for Stella as always. Jesse, friends to all and one to definitely have on side and he really does come through for them all once again in Seamless. Billy, well Billy is just Billy, he brings us the spells of entertainment but I am sure that there is a lot more to this character, I am sure we will find out when we get Patrick’s story. Which takes me to Patrick, we all know that he is Stella’s person, I was always a bit wary of his motives, especially in By A Thread and then when the shit hit the fan he went down in my estimations even though I knew why he did what he did. In this book, I fell in love with Patrick, I can’t wait to read his story, my heart broke over and over for him and I was totally crushed. He truly came through for Stella in this book, he went above and beyond, but what will the after effects be? Can Patrick come back from what went down in Seamless?

Stella and George, I love them both dearly. Do they deserve a HEA, yes they do. Am I happy the way it ended, Yes and No. But it was brilliantly written, totally captivating, engaging and totally and utterly unpredictable. RL Griffin certainly has the romantic suspense genre sussed and throughout the whole series I have been sucked in from the first page till the last.

This series is a must read, there is no other series in comparison, it is unique and one of a kind. I am so glad that I stumbled across By A Thread those many months ago and this series and these characters will forever hold a place dear in my heart. What a journey, what a climax and what an ending…RL Griffin, you certainly pulled it out the bag and whilst I have been put through the mill, it was worth every single minute, fantastic series, you should be so proud. I cannot wait to see what this author delivers next, whatever it is will be an auto 1click by me.

What?!?!? First, don't tackle this book until you have read the first two installments. You won't get as much out of it. Second, what?!!??! I. Did. Not. See. That. Coming. And, I loved RL Griffin so much more for that. Stella is still trying to recover from the events of book one and two, but you know who won't leave her alone. This leads to the most thrilling in the series (and thus my favorite) as Stella sets a trap that goes awry, leaving her exposed and alone. What can I say, I like suspense. Don't worry though; there is plenty angst and heat to keep the romance readers at bay. Grab it. Read it. Be sad that the series is concluding.

I have had the privilege to once again Beta for the amazing RL Griffin. Let me just say that Seamless is by far my absolute favorite book from the By a Thread series. I have enjoyed this series so immensely and I'm really going to miss these characters, but their story will stay with me forever.

Seamless is the conclusion of Stella Murphy's story. It's the end of a journey filled with love, loss ,heartbreak, fear, rejection ,friendships and of course, what would seamless be without a bit of tension. Understatement of the century. I was on edge through the entire book. It sucks you in and takes you on a journey that will not disappoint.

'Perfection is elusive and may truly be an illusion, but it's still something everyone strives for.'

Stella just needs normal. A normal happy life filled with everyday mundane things, but as fate would have it, that's not in the cards for her as Jamie is still tormenting her and he is hell bent on getting her back. He is even more desperate now and his actions speak volumes as to the lengths he'd go to get Stella back. What Jamie fails to realize is that Stella is sick of the threat and fear that has become her every day life. She's ready to play Jamie at his own game.

With George and the rest of her friends behind her its time to put and end to Jamie, but Stella fears for the people she loves and would rather push them away and run than let any harm come to them.

" I want to be your peace, like you are for me. I want all these things and one day I will get them. I will look at you and know that we are forever and there are no devils for you to fear, because I'm there."

Imagine a man that is so in love with you that he will do whatever it takes to make you feel beautiful and loved even when you are covered in scars. A man that can look past the ugly and hurt and see the broken, vulnerable soul that is capable of loving and being loved. George is that man. The love, support and ultimate heart break he endures loving Stella is truly amazing. The lengths George goes through to protect Stella and their love was so touching but even he has a breaking point.

'Why keep putting yourself back together if you're just going to keep breaking apart?'

When I finished this book I was in awe, it was just that good. I think I may have actually had a bookgasim.

RL Griffin is an amazing writer, I love that she manages to touch her readers with the emotion that comes through the pages. Her characters feel real and I can connect and relate to each and every single one of them in one way or another. From vox, to wine and music to my ears...shoes.

When I wasn't filled with angst, I was laughing out loud and even ugly cried too. This is one book that I wish I could read again for the first time.

I honestly don't even know how to begin expressing my love for this book, the entire series, the characters and R.L. Griffin herself. I was honored to receive an advanced copy of this book and after finishing it late last night, I woke with a giant emotional hangover this morning- and it was so worth it.

Like all of the other reviewers, I experienced a zillion different emotions in the "pages" of Seamless. I laughed, I cried, I was up, I was down, I screamed at my iPad, I sighed with contentment, I gasped in shock, I was tight with adrenaline... You get the picture :-) RL Griffin truly has a gift for taking the reader on an emotional ride, while developing a plot that is complex and engaging. (Also, her inclusion of pop culture references of music, movies, books, apps, etc is awesome :-)

I fell in love with Stella, George, Cooper, Millie, Patrick, Billy, and Jesse in By A Thread and Tension. Watching their personal development, struggles and interactions in Seamless just made them all even more real to me. Sometimes I want to hug them, sometimes throttle them, and sometimes just drink with them, but they became real to me through Griffin's writing. I was so sad to get to the end, but I'm sure I will be back for some re-visits, and I CANNOT WAIT for Mending (Feb 2014) and Heart In Wire (May 2014).

Keep up the incredible work, R.L. Griffin, and to anyone who does not have her books on their shelves, you are missing out on something special.

Have you ever read a story where you are sucked in and feel like you know the characters personally? This is what happens when you read the series from RL Griffin!

Loved By a Thread #1. Waited on Tension #2 to be released. Loved it as well. Again, RL Griffin left me wanting more of Stella's story. So, I found myself waiting on Seamless #3 of the series to be released.

How fortunate I was to win an advanced copy of Seamless. Once again, RL Griffin did not disappoint. In fact, Seamless is my favorite of the series! It is very fast paced and moving right upon till the end. BUT, I am not ready for the end of Stella and her friends. I need more!

Looking forward to reading "Mending" and "Heart In Wire" once they are released.

I don't want to spoil any of these books by giving too much info. Each one takes you on a roller coaster ride. Hang on!

Thank you RL Griffin for the privilege of reading an ARC of Seamless. What a great ending to a fascinating series. I can't even describe the emotional roller coaster this book took me on. I feel like I have a personal relationship with all the characters. I was happy when they were happy and sad when they were sad. I laughed, I cried, my jaw literally hit the floor with the OMS moments! I felt like a hot bi-polar mess. I am sad to say goodbye to Stella and her crew but looking forward to the future publications by the creative RL Griffin. In my opinion this is the best book of this brilliant series. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Wow, just wow! From the second I started reading the By a Thread series, I was sucked into Stella's roller coaster of a life. This third installment of her story does not disappoint. RL Griffin knows how to keep the story going as well as make your emotions take a wild ride.

I was lucky enough to win an advance copy of this wonderful book and am thrilled to say that I enjoyed it the most. There were times I was laughing so hard my cheeks hurt. There were other times I had to pick my jaw up off the floor. Most of all I wept for my girl Stella. I say that because I feel like I know these characters and Stella is one of those characters that you are just routing for the whole time.

What a beautiful ending to the series! I cannot wait for the future books Mending and Heart in a Wire that will be tied to this series. Beautiful job RL!

ARC received by author for honest review.

RL Griffin has quickly become one of my favorite authors. I read a lot of books which also includes quite a few that are in a series. Sometimes the books that proceed the first or even second book loses that spark or falls short of your expectations. But this has not been the case at all with By a Thread series. I can specifically remember when I picked up By A Thread (BaT) and the feelings it evoked while reading. The same goes with Tension (BaT #2). And now Seamless…wow, wow, wow! It was phenomenal!

Seamless is fast moving, but not rushed at all. It's suspenseful, funny, sexy and at many times an “edge of your seat thriller. You must read BaT and Tension before you can dive into Seamless.

The story kicks off immediately and leads us to a nail biting scene. Whew! I literally had to catch my breath. Stella is slowly trying to recover from Jaime’s betrayal. She has the media reporting about her non-stop, continuously on the look out for dangers that seem to follow her everywhere she goes. She’s also in the midst of planning how to deal with Jaime all the while keeping those who she loves safe. And her pain.

“.my pain is so all-consuming, I can’t even tell the level of it.

Stella has grown so much throughout this series and in Seamless she is so strong, kick butt and is even more ready for revenge. I like that Stella is strong but also shows her vulnerability. She's been hurt and is fragile. One thing she is not is whiny. I think that’s what makes her very likeable. She’s deep, honest, loves hard and because of that is willing to give up the love of her life for his safety.

“I want to protect you. I want to build some sort of storm cellar and keep you there so that you’ll be safe during all this madness. I’m poisonous. I destroy everything I touch. Don’t you see that? ~Stella

Ladies, this is where George is an absolute rock! I can't tell you how much I adore him and he just keeps getting better. Many times throughout the story my love for George soared. As he said, “I love you until it hurts", his loyalty to Stella and determination to keep her safe was mind blowing. He loves her so fiercely. But Stella has some serious issues with everything that has happened. I completely understand, but that doesn't mean that there weren't times I was screaming at her (well actually at my kindle), begging her to fight for what her and George had (specifically 50%, loc 2035!). The emotions at that point in the story were literally pouring off the page and this girl felt them.

“I want to be in the eye of the storm, holding your hand, and if you get sucked into it, I want to go with you. ~ George

This story completely takes hold of you and keeps you hostage until the very end. Just when you think you know what will happen, RL throws us off course with another twist that had me saying, “I DID NOT SEE THAT COMING! Patrick, Billy, Millie and Jesse all return in Seamless and are such a great bunch of friends and support for Stella. I actually feel like I know them on a personal level. We also can’t forget about Cooper! I truly want a dog like Cooper.

Seamless will certainly make you laugh, but also cry. It’s an absolute emotional roller coaster, but so well worth it and an incredible ending to a fantastic series. To say that RL Griffin is a talented writer is an understatement. As I said earlier, she has easily become of one my favorite authors. This series has just blown me away and I can’t recommend it enough or even stop talking about it. It's a thrilling entertaining read!

The eagerly awaited for, perfectly fucked-up, it-never-goes-right, how-much-more-can-El-take, ending to a phenomenal series. I don’t want to give away too much of the complex plot in this review, because you simply have to read it yourself!

Having out-smarted Jamie in Tension, all El wants is normality, a shot at living a drama-free life, out of the eye of the public, just her, George and Cooper. When we meet Stella in Seamless, it picks up from the cliff-hanger ending in Tension where Jamie has just pushed her over the edge! She is so done playing nice. Now she really wants revenge! Stella sets her sights on hatching a plan to finally put Jamie away forever, but will it go according to plan? Has anything ever gone according to plan over the past 4 fucked-up years of her life?

Physically healed, Stella puts her game face on. She has come a long way, from ‘a girl crushed by her circumstances to a woman who could move fucking mountains at will, but inwardly her emotional capacity to ‘believe in forever is crumbling. ’I’ve been barely functioning for the last year, but on the surface, people see a professional who’s good at what she does, ’She feels like she’s ‘been fighting for years. She doesn’t know if she could make it another round. But can she..... will she do what it takes to win? Will she make it out alive?

So I have a confession to make. I have Beta read Seamless since it's inception and as such feel under so much pressure to write the most amazing review I have ever written because I genuinely LOVE this book. But I can't. I cannot write a review without giving away the many surprises in it. I want to wax lyrical about the laugh out-loud moments; about the gut-wrenching tension I felt at parts; about the utter devastation and heartache I went through reading it. I cannot do the story justice with my words. I've read Seamless several times (too many to count) as a Beta and then twice as a 'normal reader' and it is by far my favourite of the By A Thread series, which is outstanding as By A Thread and Tension were both fan-fecking-tastic!.

R.L. Griffin has a wonderful writing style. She layers her stories with dollops of suspense, romance, comedy, heartache, pop-culture, complex, well developed and much loved characters, amazing plot changes and then THE UNEXPECTED!! The ending will literally make you stop to catch your breath!

I have loved every word of this series. I agree with George when he says Stella is the ‘most complicated, challenging, baffling person. There are times in the story that I want to comfort her. Times I wanted to yell at her (you’ll know what part I’m talking about when you read it) and there is a HUGE part of the story where I was torn by her choice, yet could understand the decision she made, even thought it inevitably caused more heartache for those she loves.

I am genuinely sad that this is the end of the road for Stella’s story. It has been my favourite series of 2013 and if you haven't read By A Thread or Tension,1-click the series now and give yourself an early Christmas present! You won’t be disappointed!

OH MY SHIT they are back! The whole gang is back together and boy are they! It’s no secret that I freaking LOVE R.L. Griffin and these characters that she has created and I was so excited to read this book there was, in all honestly a whole lot of happy dancing going on!

Seamless is exactly what I expected from R.L. Griffin, meaning I had no idea what she was going to do to me and I’m pretty sure she broke me and I totally loved every minute!

Stella is a survivor and in Seamless she truly proves it! She’s trying to rebuild her life and while on the outside she seems to be getting it together, on the inside she’s battling some serious demons.

I’m trying to be very careful here because there are so many unexpected moments and I don’t want to take a single one away from the experience! I experienced every emotion possible while reading Seamless; I laughed, cried, got very angry (yup, sure did) and at one point yelled “NO, NO, NO while ugly crying. (And, I may have had some choice words for R.L. Griffin a few times)

I love these characters like they are my friends! They are such raw and honest characters, the good, the bad and the bat shit crazy! Everything about them becomes so real that one cannot help but feel everything with them.

George *sigh* there aren’t enough words to describe how amazing George is! He captured my heart in By a Thread and never let go! I’ve decided that George has to be the definition of love. He loves Stella so completely and at times with complete disregard for himself. He certainly isn’t perfect but I think he is the man that every woman hopes she can find one day.

Take every idea you have about what you think will happen in Seamless and throw it out the window. Grab a bottle of wine, a box of tissues and settle in for an amazing ride with laughs, tears and mind-fuckery! The end of Seamless is one of the most powerful endings I’ve ever read. It kept me thinking for days and gave me an epic book hangover! I will forever love this group and R.L. Griffin for giving us this amazing story! I hope that one day I will get to drink Porn Martinis with her! #TeamGeorge

**5 times infinity golden stars for Seamless**

First off let me start by saying take everything you think will happen in the finale of the By a Thread series and throw it out the window. It doesn’t end that way and you’ll never guess what does happen.

In Seamless Stella is even more kick butt and take no prisoners than she was in RL Griffin’s first two books of this series. She’s not a victim, will never be a victim and she will fight with all she has in order to remain that way.

That’s what I love about Ms. Griffin’s writing. She’s put together a story about this character that’s been through really unthinkable circumstances. Circumstances that could have easily made Stella into a cowering little girl but she doesn’t shrink back in any way, shape or form.

There are a lot of unexpected events in this story and it will keep you on the edge of your seat. Once you start reading Seamless you will not want to put it down. Well, that’s not all together true. I did have to put the book down a couple times because I was shaking and a little bit overwhelmed by the situations that I didn’t see coming. The story is that intriguing and nail biting.

I’m going to miss Stella and her friends that she calls family. RL Griffin is an amazingly talented author and I truly look forward to her upcoming projects.

**DISCLAIMER** To everyone who isn't RL Griffin, please excuse the excessive use of the word "Fuck" in this review. She gave me permission personally...told me it was her favorite of the curse words...so now I have to over exaggerate my use of it just because...well RL Griffin is fucking awesome, and she gave me permission. Soooo, yeah.

HOLY MOTHER OF HELL!!!

I just...I don't even...I cant...

This series nearly killed me. My girl Kelli recommended the first book in this series (By A Thread) to me like a million years ago. Like when dinosaurs roamed the earth and shit. And well, I've been hooked ever fucking(1) since.

This book was everything I wanted it be. It summed up just about every fucking(2) question I had after RL Griffin left me with that horrible fucking(3) cliffhanger at the end of Tension.

I had only one TEEENSY TINY issue with this book. Which isn't really teensy tiny at all! All of Chapter 27. That was my issue with this book. and I had some words about this...not very many words, seeing as Twitter limits your fucking(4) character count, but words none the less. ANY WAY! I refuse to spoil a book, so if you haven't read this yet, you will soon understand why Chapter 27 was an issue for me.

But in all seriousness, when I read this chapter, I thought my world was going to end. I was that into this damn book, that for one, I actually cried, and two, I actually felt my heart break a tiny bit for these fictional characters. Words like "WHAT THE FUCK(5)?!" and "WHAT A DUMB BITCH" may or may not have been spoken. Or yelled. Depends on who in my household you ask. You ask my family, they'll tell you I yelled, you ask my cat, and he probably wont say a fucking(6) word. So be sure to ask him. His name is Bandit...just in case you were wondering.

I really wanted to cut a bitch. I've never wanted to hunt down an author as bad as I wanted to hunt down RL Griffin, to make her change the story so that my heart would stop hurting. I was torn. I was torn between throwing my god damned iPhone across the room, cussing out RL Griffin, or finishing the damned book.....I finished the book...then cussed out RL Griffin, and well...I love my phone to much to throw it...so I didn't/wont be doing that.

I am so totally in love with all of these characters. I feel like I know them all. I felt their pain, I felt their elation, I felt it when [SPOILER ALERT] Millie fell flat on her fucking(7) face on her way to the strip club. But the character I felt the most for, was obviously Mister Sexy Ass Bartender Man.

Honestly. George is seriously one of my top 5 book boyfriends. Despite all the shit Stella has put him through his dedication, devotion, love, understanding, and support never, and I mean fucking (8) NEVER wavered. Not once. He is seriously amazing. If I could create my own boyfriend, he would have all of George's amazing qualities. If you haven't yet read these, DO IT NOW! And for those of you who have, you understand where I'm coming from.

Aside from that one teeny tiny issue. This book was fucking (9) sensational. It was seriously everything it needed to be to end the series the right way. Despite Stella's indiscretions and Chapter 27, this book/series is a serious certifiable favorite.

Although I'm pretty fucking(10) sure, that Ms. Amazing Author over here was trying to give me mad anxiety over the course of this series, she did a kick ass fucking(11) job with these books. She's definitely got me sold on any other book she ever writes for the rest of her amazing-anxiety-giving-writing career. MAD KUDOS to you lady. Its not often I rate every book in a series 5 fantastically awesome FUCKING (12) stars.

So RL.....here it is, bitch. My first ever review of any book ever. And this is all your fault.

So I know many of you have been sucked into series, especially trilogies.....all to be crushed by a horrific, going down in flames, final book. You will not get that here. As you can already see by the ratings....this is unique. Now this series has always been unique thanks to the amazing characters. THIS is the first part of the talent of RL. You can't just make up, copy & paste, and fake these kind of characters. This is where natural talent comes in handy. And RL is not short on this.

Then there is Stella, or I call her El. Kick Ass. End of story. That's all you need to know.

THEN there is George. He takes the cake. He kicks your previous book boyfriends asses and swipes their lunch money. Ok, not literally. He is too sweet for that. But he is the best. And that's all you need to know there.

So...then there is that chapter that makes you wanna fling your Kindle, drop kick your iPad, pull your hair out and scream the proverbial WHAT WERE YOU THINKING. It's horrific and awesome all rolled into one amazing ball. Buckle up. It's fucking awesome. You want angst?? Check!

Ok, so...I think I highlighted my favorite parts without spoiling a dang thing. I love ya RL. You of course are now one of the few authors that I will read anything you write, sight unseen. You are blessed, talented, brilliant, crass and love to drink so how could I not fall in love with you. Can't wait to be your book bitch in Vegas 2014!

And I love that because of you I now have some of the best book girlfriends a girl could have....shout out to Emma and Michelle.

Ok peeps. That's it. All three books are published. For those of you that hate cliffies, dive in NOW. Enjoy! And you can thank me later ;)

Just when I thought R. L. couldn't impress me anymore, along came Seamless! This is the third book in the By A Thread Trilogy. I loved the first two books. Nothing different with this third book.
First, if you haven't read the first two books, you MUST! If no other reason other than to get to this chapter in the story! Stella is at her finest! Her inner struggle to continue fight for her life to return to normal. The press. Still hounding her. Jamie. Still after her. George. Still loving her, but she just can't wrap her head around it.
This book is full of twists and turns, drama, drinking, fighting, love lost, love gained, love triangles... So yes, this book is in no way going to bore you. It will keep you on edge and ready to kick some ass all of the way through. It is a race... who will seek revenge on who first? It is a tale of Stella, hopefully, finally getting her self back.
And George. Poor George. I think he has it the worst in this story. He is more or less punished for being in love with Stella. He just wants her to open up and love him the way he loves her. He wants her to stop running from herself. He wants to be her protector and savior, but we know Stella. She can't allow that. She needs to be as badass as ever.
I don't think I will ever get enough of Stella Murphy!

I received this as an ARC I think because I have harassed the author way too much! I read this in one day a couple of days ago. I didn't write the review because I was processing the finality of the series. I can't decide whether I love the author or want to go find her and make her write another in the series! I really loved the story of Stella and George. And I loved the way that R.L. wraps the book up. My frustration comes from things not being completely spelled out which for some people they will love -for me not so much. I think that for those of us who have been waiting for this final book we have been consumed by Stella and all the losses that she has had in her life. I don't want to give anything away since the book isn't released yet. I would like to sit down and discuss the book and get someone else's thoughts. That makes it for me a really good book. If I don't want to talk about it or if I don't continue to think about it then it was just an ok book. I would recommend this series to everyone who likes a little suspense, some see and some cussing! All in all a great time! Thanks for the advanced copy and thanks for a great series!!!

Wow! Seamless was everything I could've ever hoped for. I really enjoyed the first book, the second book was a little better, and Seamless was even better. I was fortunate enough to win an advanced copy and I'm so thankful that RL Griffin put me out of my misery. This entire series has had everything I enjoy in a book, love, suspense and a little action. This series is on the top of my favorites list. I highly recommend it to everyone. I will forever read anything R.L Griffin, she is brilliant!!!

I need to leave the writing to the writers as my review won't do this book justice. But, it was AWESOME! I absolutely loved the conclusion in this trilogy and the ending (well the whole last book)brought the story full circle and closed all ends and well.... love the ending. RL, you are an amazing writer and I look forward to all of your next books!!

I have been impatiently waiting for Seamless to release for what seems like forever. And now that it’s here, I’m sad that the time has come for the series to come to an end. I have been emotionally invested in Stella & George since By a Thread. I feel as if they both, including the rest of the gang have become a part of my family. RL just knows how to keep you at the edge of your seat, while toying with your emotions. You just never know how to predict where this book will take you. This book has been one big emotional rollercoaster ride that will have you not wanting to put the book down from the minute you start the book till you finish it.

You would think that after everything Stella was put through so far, she would be cut a little slack. But of course not. One would think losing the love of your life would be one of the worst things that you could endure. But I think the hardest, is having that person lie about it all, then come back to hurt you. Jamie, or whatever his name is, tried to hurt her loved ones, shaking Stella up pretty bad. She is determined to end Jamie once and for all before he hurts everyone she loves; especially George. She cannot lose her loved ones again. Losing George could end her. That is one of the biggest fears she has. There is no coming back from that. She was just starting to find her happiness again and making an improvement. Stella has grown so much and she has come a long way. How she has the strength to come this far? Who knows, but I commend her. George has even talked her into seeing a therapist to help her with some of her problems. But this will definitely set her back. Finding the bomb pretty much costs Stella her freedom again while the FBI does an investigation. There are patrols outside her house and the media won’t leave her alone. Her privacy is pretty much thrown out the window.

“Everywhere I go, people get hurt. I can’t have him hurt you. ~ Stella

Stella would want nothing more than for Jamie to pay for everything
that he put her through. She wants revenge. Nice, sweet, revenge. But for now she’s letting the FBI handle things the right way. She worked for the FBI before. Can she trust them to handle Jamie and let him face the justice he truly deserves? Or will he walk away free and clear? How much more will Jamie hurt her before justice is served?
“George, I worry that I’m a bit like a hurricane and if you’re in the path you’ll be destroyed. She pulled back and looked into his eyes. “I can’t take you getting hurt because of me. ~ Stella

George has been amazing and extremely supportive of Stella since day one. It truly shows how much he loves and adores her. He will do anything for her happiness. He is willing to end Jamie’s life for Stella. I instantly fell in love with George from the moment they met in the park. He never gave up on her. He was always by her side and never once pushed her, even when he knew she wasn’t ready. George always knew when Stella needed just someone to lean on. He is her constant, her rock and the one to put her together when her world falls apart. I admire George because not only does Stella depend on him, his family depends on him too. He runs the bar and he supports his entire family. They are not too keen on his relationship with Stella, but I’m glad he finally stood up to them.

“I want to be in the eye of the storm, holding your hand, and if you get sucked into it, I want to go with you. ~ George

Stella’s world is being turned upside down again. She wants to end this fight and take matters into her own hands. Jamie must pay before someone she loves gets hurt. It’s a very risky move, but she feels it’s the only way for it all to end. She goes against everyone to do what she feels is right to protect everyone she loves. She confides in the one person who knows she can trust to help her. Her strength and her determination is very admirable. I love Stella for putting herself on the line like that. If everyone had half the strength Stella had, I think we’d all be in a better place. All Stella wants is her life back. To live a normal life, like a normal person, without all the drama.

“We’re loving each other, George. This is how I’m loving you. I want to protect you. I want to build some sort of storm cellar and keep you there so that you’ll be safe during all this madness. I’m poisonous. I destroy everything I touch. Don’t you see that? ~ Stella

Her world is falling apart and she is going back to the old Stella. Her emotions are all over the place. She feels that George deserves someone better than her. You will be able to feel exactly what she is feeling, I sure as heck did. I cried alongside Stella. RL did an amazing job capturing her emotions. She is starting to hit rock bottom and there is no coming back from it. No one can get her back from it. Not George, not even her closest friends. This is something she must figure out on her own.

I was however, disappointed in Stella when the inevitable happened. I thought I was clear of it happening and BAM! RL decides to throw a curveball in there. I knew it needed to and was going to happen. I was just didn’t want to see it. My poop list added a person! Patrick, Billy, Millie, & Jessie are amazing friends Stella could ever ask for. They are always there for her and they just know when to make you laugh. They made me feel as if I was a part of their group. In light of what was happening around her, they knew exactly how to make Stella feel better.

After all that George and Stella have gone through, they deserve happiness with each other. Will their love be strong enough that they can find their way back to each other again? They did it once, can it happen again? Or will George give up on Stella? Will Stella find her way back to George? Will she be able to find her happiness once more? Can she put all this in the past and look forward to the future? I’m Team George & Stella all the way, so I’m rooting for their HEA.

I absolutely loved this booked! RL did an amazing job bringing this series to an end. However, I am saddened to say goodbye to the characters. I have gotten pretty attached to them. And I’m not just saying George and Stella, I grew attached to the entire gang. I highly recommend this book to everyone and I look forward to other books by RL.

I was given an ARC for my honest review.

I reviewed this at with my friend Shelley!

Shel: OH MY SHIT. I thought I had ideas about this book but the last 20% of this book had me dropping more F bombs than I've dropped in a very long time. I definitely contemplated throwing something in a complete temper tantrum because it was THAT crazy...in the best way possible.

Court: My original plan was to post screen shots of Shelley's reactions while she was reading this. But since my phone is a beotch, that is no longer possible. But I will say, we haven't had this kind of emotional response in texts in a while. We feel strongly about stuff sure, but to have the use of less than three words to convey a smorgasbord of emotion was seriously epic. I apologize that I cannot show you this. lol.

Shel: This final book in the George/El story starts out exactly where book 2 ends, thank god! We get to follow their bumpy relationship, both of their new jobs, both of their families (still not loving George's), their friends, and the media circus that surrounds them. Jamie is out there somewhere and his ability to just pop up whenever/wherever made me a nervous wreck. Fucking Jamie. Gah!

Court: Ditto, chica. There is always the under current of where is that muthaeffing SOB and what is he up to. Why has he done any of the things he has. Why won't he leave her alone. and I could go on and on and on. The fact that George takes care of his family and gets nothing in return...and the fact that his sister and mother think that they get to weigh in on his relationship at ALL was irritating. I wanted that plot line resolved much sooner than it was...so prepare to be irritated for a long while for George's sake. Gah. I sent Shel a lot of angsty messages about my thoughts on this.

Shel: I'm still firmly in the Team George corner...despite his sisters and mom and Jessica--you'll see, just wait-- because he loves El so much. He continues to support her, call her on her bullshit, pushes her to seek out a healthier her, and is fiercely protective of her. I love that he can overcome his jealousy to befriend Jessie and even trusts him enough to confide in him as necessary. Everyone is banding together to figure out a way to eliminate the problem of Jamie. He's a sneaky, evil, awful bastard.

Court: I loved him the most here too. He is the ultimate of partners. He loves her, can't get enough of her, wants to be her person as much as Patrick is. That is the hardest thing I think for him. Because he seems to go all in every step of the way, but some part of Stella is held back. Why though? You will want to read to find out every single thought in her head. But THANK YOU BABY JESUS for R.L. Griffin giving us both her and George's points of view so we get some insight on what he is feeling too and aren't left guessing!

Shel: With the various plot lines so cohesively intertwined, I cannot say which one I think captured my attention the most--Jamie and his effed up ways or George and El trying to move their relationship forward. Both stories were so interesting and demanding of my emotions that I think they both win! Up until the last 20-25% I thought I had ideas about how things were going to go and while I had ideas that were close, none of them happened exactly as I thought they would--I absolutely loved the rollercoaster of it! And what a rollercoaster ride it was; I think I STILL have whiplash from the way my emotions were rising and falling every other page.

Court: No doubt. I am blown away by how intricate the plot is for this series. I loved every minute of it. I was trying to guess what would happen like you were, but you learn quick that nothing is as it seems, nor will you probably be able to figure out exactly how things are. Like these are real people with fluid thoughts and we have a sneak peek at a given moment...but that could change like the wind. I think that was the best part of the whole series. Who was going to be with who, who was going to die. Stella is worried about death a lot of the time and you will be too before it is through!

Shel: Even with all of the seriously exhausting trouble that poor El and her friends have to endure, there are also some great funny scenes too. The voxer names and messages are some of my favorite scenes and are much needed to break up the tension....LOVED that addition. Court: OMG I was dying over that. Hysterical. I've been "breaker-breaker, come in over" texting Shelley now. Just need to come up with her CB handle, and we're set!

Shel: This book had a heart palpitating ending until the epilogue...and just when I thought all was well, I read the prologue of what I'm guessing is Patrick's book and HOLY HELL..OH.MY. SHIT. as El would say. I cannot believe I have to wait until summer to read this. GAH!!!!!! Court: OMS, I know. My new favorite saying...and Patrick takes things in a whole new direction. I feel for him. We've been talking about his character for several days now trying to figure him out. I can't wait!

Shel: This series is seriously flying under the radar and I hope that more people pick it up to read. They are fantastic reads!!!

5/5 Seamless hearts

Alright really R.L? Really?? do you even know what you have done to me? throughout this series you have repeatedly had me on edge, had me crying, had me pissed, had me not knowing which way was up. You would slowly put me back together but not seamlessly! Oh no you left me with holes in my heart. Had my emotions all over the place. I begged you to be nice. I asked you to sew my heart back together but no you did not. So now this is my heart

Do you see? it is broken and bandaged. You are so lucky I love you.
As you can read I am a bit sad and yeah just a bit upset. Stella is not perfect but she knows that better than anyone. She is foul mouthed and badass. Throughout this book I was pulled into so many emotions.Ìý

Yeah at every turn it was like Stella could not catch a damn break. Just when i thought she finally had everything figured out with GeorgeÌý

WTF? why? just why? I didn't and still don't know how I feel about this whole situation.Ìý

UltimatelyÌýR.L. does a great job ofÌýbuildingÌýall theÌýcharacters. I will miss all of them. especially Milly, she is an amazing BFF. Always there for El. You know a book is good when the author mentions several popular books and apps such as voxer andÌýPinterest.ÌýWell in my opinion anyway.

George is also one I will greatly miss. He has the patience of a saint. He loves Stella and is there for her unconditionally. I appreciated the time and measures he took to prove to her how he felt. And on a side note I HATE his family!!!

Now just so all you reading this review are not confused I did like the way the series ended. Was I upset? yes! The protagonist does things that made me cringe. Made me upset, made me want to slap her, but in the end she figures out what she needs. She makes mistakes, she never makes excuses, but she is broken.Ìý

This author has continued to amaze me with her writing, each book better than the last. This book left me feeling satisfied.

If you are looking for a series that has you on the edge, makes you mad, cry, scream and smile then this is the series for you!
