sensitivity editing issues
I wanted to enjoy this but the first Black character introduced is referred to by race every single time he’s mentioned and in the most uncomfortable way. The black man� his black fingers� his black fist�
You get where I’m going with this. If the author ever sees this review please note that it’s great to introduce characters by their race, but all characters need to be treated the same. The white doctor, the Black doctor, the Italian doctor etc etc and after the initial introduction we understand what they look like. Characters races don’t need to be referred to multiple times let alone on the same page 😅
And as a final point the B in Black should also be capitalized.

Positives: This book is a steamy, fast-paced read that dives deep into transformation and dominance themes. If you love sci-fi romance with a touch of kink, this one's for you!
Negatives: The only thing I found a tad jarring was the constant mention of the word "black" when referring to the black character.
