Swift and Beast, two superheroes from different realities, battle WW II era robots under the control of the evil genius Dr. Zoltenblitzen as he uses his mercenary army to spread terror and chaos across the globe. 50% of the profits of this book will go to the United For Ukraine Fund.
DD Barant lives in Vancouver, BC, and loves monsters, chocolate, animals, reading, comics and lying naked on the beach, while hating bullies, narrow-minded people, Sea Urchin Sushi and gluten. He has stated that DD Barant is a pseudonym, and that it is not the only pseudonym under which he writes.
I loved Barant's Bloodhound Files series, so I picked this up even though it seems a little silly. It is just the first 4 chapters, but it did get me interested (even though it is silly). I'm not a big fan of silly books, but whole concept just seems ridiculously fun. Maybe it will get old fast, or maybe it won't, but I'll read on and find out.
This appears to have been written at least partly by AI based on the odd and stilted but still technically correct writing style, and then the name Taylore Swift put in after. With a silly plot outline for direction. Worse, the hero never sings.
For marketing reasons it consists of tranches of several pages, each selling for 99 cents.
