Forming the Cutthroats MC
Heath and Dion had grown up together along with Dion’s little sister, Anatasia. Heath had gone into the Marines and some of his buddies there decided to form a new MC in Vegas. Heath and Dion came from money in Chicago so it was no trouble getting the clubhouse and a couple of businesses set up.
Heath and Anatasia had to keep their romance hidden from Dion but things were going to have to change to make them work.
I really like the storyline of this book. The only thing I didn’t like was that the sentences seemed choppy and too many sentences started with “Brat�. This is maybe just me but like I said I did like the storyline.

This is a good start, this hit all the points for a good read. The characters meld together very good.
Scythe and Ana have known each a lot of years. They are both from powerful families, but want to go their own way, instead of fallowing in their families footsteps.
They have their ups and downs like any couple does and this leads to arguments and make up adult time.
Scythe and Hades are going to be apart of a Motorcycle club that they are forming with other friends. This makes it hard for them to be together, but they make it work. Together they plan a future and a family.
Scythe and Ana have known each a lot of years. They are both from powerful families, but want to go their own way, instead of fallowing in their families footsteps.
They have their ups and downs like any couple does and this leads to arguments and make up adult time.

Look, I knew Scythe was gonna punch me in the feelings, but I wasn’t ready for this level of grit and heartbreak wrapped in leather and loyalty.
Heath Royce—aka Scythe—is everything I crave in an MC hero. That man is all steel and scars, with just enough softness buried under the rage to wreck me completely. He walked away from the rich-boy life, flipped the bird to his cold-as-hell family, and chose his club, his brothers, his real world. And I respect the hell out of that. And Lord, do I feel for Anastasia. She loved him before the cut, before the chaos, before the brotherhood, and that connection? It still burns. But she’s hiding something. And that secret? Oh, it wrecked me. I won’t spoil it, but let’s just say when the enemy steps in, everything flips. I was chewing my nails, yelling at my Kindle, and straight-up feeling every damn second.

A nice addition to the series!
This is the third book in this series and it was a good one. Great plot, interesting characters and no word repetition or anything else that could disturb the flow, which was really good. That being said, let’s talk about our main MCs. Scythe (aka Heath) is a brother-in-arms with Moose in the Army and one of the founding members of the Cutthroats (later patched to Satan’s Warriors as the Vegas chapter). He comes from a wealthy family � a family that is connected (and is gradually turning into) Mafia. His father sees him as his heir, but he wants to curve his own path in life, within the MC. So he fights for it. Back home, a girl has captured his heart; Anastasia. His best friend’s sister � a best friend that is joining him in the MC; Dion aka Hades. But Anastasia is no damsel in distress. Assertive, opinionated, strong, determined, commanding. She knows what she wants and she goes for it. I loved their dynamic and their strength as people. A rollercoaster of events occur. Mafia wars and threats, a big brother, a family pressing both of them to fall in line. HEA guaranteed. 4 stars.

Heath/Scythe grew up with the expectation of taking over his father's company but he never wanted that so he joined the marines. The marines is where he he met Moose and Viper and dream to start an MC in Vegas was formed. He got out before them and is in charge of purchasing the property. He heads to Chicago after he was discharged to meet up with his best friend, Dion/Hades, share the update. He tries to stay away from Dion's younger sister, Anastasia, who he hooked up with on his last leave.
Anastasia has been in love with Heath forever and is determined for him to be her man. She does not care what he brother says. When the pair come together there is nothing that can stop the desire that burns between them.
She is not ready to leave her life behind in Chicago but wants to be with Heath. This is a steamy read, with some drama and action. Looking forward to the next the series.

This was a good read. This is the third book in the series. In this one we meet Scythe and see how he came into the MC along with his best friend Dion. Heath/Scythe has been having a secret relationship with Anastasia, Dion’s little sister. She wants a solid commitment from Scythe, but he tries to keep her somewhat at arm’s length, especially when Dion is around. Dion said she was off limits, but Scythe wants her. This is a brother’s best friend with a touch her and 💀 story. It was steamy and you could tell that Ana wants Scythe, but doesn’t want keep their relationship a secret. She just hopes that Scythe will ‘man up� for her.

Scythe/Heath and Ana have know each other a long time, since she is his bf, Dion/Hades, little sister. But he doesn’t want to be a trust fund/take over his dad’s empire. So he joins the military with his bf and together along with some of his bro at arms form an MC. But Ana is not a shrinking violet and will fight for what she wants and that’s Scythe/Heath. What happens when she is taken. This is the third member’s story and it doesn’t disappoint.

Terrific read! I couldn’t tear myself away once I started. I adored Scythe’s “don’t touch her or die� vibes and how amazingly sweet he was with Anastasia at the same time. Anastasia was one tough cookie herself and I loved her so much. A really terrific read with great characters, action, danger, drama, and plenty of steamy goodness to keep your attention throughout.

Scythe comes from a world the opposite of an MC Biker, butbthats his chosen family only he's leaving behind another in the form of Anastasia and her secret. Well written fast paced quick read.

Good story
I read it in one sitting. I started and plan to work my way through her catalog. I am very curious to see if Hades finds someone who can tame him a little.
