Review

There was a lot of repetition, with not much new information in the chapters that were repeating. It was also repeated exactly the same way. Also, the book itself is only 80% of the pages, so there is a lot less actual material.

This is the book that I used when I passed my MySQL certification back in 2007.

Seems like Optimizing queries and Database normalization are the most valuable parts of this Guide.
