This book follows the standard format of some conceptual text followed by a lot of recipes (the recipes actually make up more than half of the book). To be honest with you, it's not really my favourite format.
The first few chapters (weeks) of this book offered nothing new to me. However, I liked the way the information was packaged - I like the week's mantras, and the categorisation of topics into B, U and F.
What really sealed the deal for me was chapter/week 6. Everything in this chapter was noteworthy to me. It's full of tips & tricks that I'm sure I will check often as reminders. This was the great differentiator to other similar health/recipe books for me.
