Melody absolutely loved her men to the end--& then some... She & her family were some insane individuals. Quick gory read

Who would have thought
I thought this was a good book. I gave 4 stars because it was too damn short, plus I wanted more. It was a bit gruesome, but hey, extremely entertaining. I hope Mr. Speight gives us more to this story. Melody......, nuff said!

I knew in choosing this book, I was in for a few things horror, grotesque killing scenes and that rare form of crazy that this writer brings. I wanted something different and wild and that's exactly what I got. Melody's story did not disappoint. She came from a tight-knit loving family of ...well I don't want to give that away that tidbit. Although, you can figure it out pretty early on in the story. Melody wanted to love & be loved. She wanted happiness with her soul mate but was unlucky in love. She "hunted" for love and whenever she thought she had it, the many men failed to live up to their promises. When that didn't work, she sought out one night stands to fulfill her carnal needs. This was a quick, entertaining read with a few grammatical errors. From the graphic opening scene to its ending, in the same manner, I couldn't stop reading or chuckling. I wonder if she'll ever find love?

It's Shameek Speight You Know What To Expect
Ok killer woman killing and eating men. I'm not surprised with this author's content. As usual very entertaining. He didn't get 5 stars because of the grammatical errors and I got confused by the Melody Alex conversation at one point. I couldn't figure out which one of them was talking. That's beside the point. A short read but a good one.

Oh my word
Every since I read all the "child of a crackhead" series i have been afraid of reading Mr. Speights books. This one kinda peaked my interest. Now Imma have nightmares being that I read this book before going to bed. The ending was shocking to me. The grammar could have been better but the character in this book kept me reading to the point I overlooked the errors. Sheesh! He did it again! Scary for me but a damn good read. Thank you.

Ummm I could take it or leave it
This book was not worth my time. It was weird and not realistic to me. Maybe it just wasn't my cup of tea. I'll just say read it at your own risk. I'm also an author and would not want negative words written about my work, but I also accept constructive criticism because it will make me a better writer.

Love is a powerful thing I guess. It make people lose there minds and do stupid things. I kind of figure she would be eating all the bodies because her family didn't hear anything or they were ignoring the commotion upstairs. Then it said their was a steel door in the basement I automatically knew that was a freezer. This read was an OK read for a standalone.

Entertainingly gross
I figured Melody was eating human meat when she freaked about Jamel eating from her chili that had to be stored far back in the freezer. I agree cheating is wrong but that's not a justification for death. There were more grammatical errors than I'm used to from this author but I enjoyed this story. Bon appetit!

This is definitely a short good read who would’ve thought Melody was a cannibal She got her revenge out on all the men that hurt her in the ladies that they were sleeping with melody and Her family was crazy as hell. Eating penis pot pie🥧 and kidney stew 🍲with finger cobbler.

Cannibalism at its best!!!
Most of the time Mr. Tonight's stories are so gruesome, I have to stop reading it and come back later. This one held my attention to the point I just had to see who she got next. I figured out the family was just like her early on. Very good story.

Undecided
I'm kind of undecided about this read. I didn't dislike it. Its just different from what I'm used to. However I will read more books by this author to get used to the style. Also I found myself not able to put it down once I started to read.
