I first came to this book after having listened to a documentary on the radio about working in open spaces. Having worked in big companies, I'm always interested to hear how people perceive/feel about open space and new points of view. This is the kind of topical book you come to by some kind of curiosity and open-mindedness; then, it's like Russian roulette : either it's a good book, or it's just a repetition of everything you've already heard about a particular topic. I enjoyed reading this book as the authors know exactly what they're talking about, they've got real experience with it, and the best part is that they just analyze it from their human point of view, not a deep psychological study. I kind of relived some situations, and the authors' humor, sarcasm and irony are just great added elements to this nowadays common work situation. I'm now reading their second book about the generation 2.0 ... I'll write a review soon :-)
