This is a nice, short, quick read, encompassing various shades of people. The language is simple and yet flowy and style is breezy. Recommended if lean, uncomplicated poetry is your thing.

in the Emerald of my heart."
This short books consists of various poems, focusing on the beauty of true love. It's very difficult to write content on true love, be it poetry or a story.
This is the Valentine's day month and this book perfectly suits the mood and the vibe. So, before you sit to read the book - just think about your loved one. The one you are longing for. What or how do you feel? That's exactly in the content of the book. Also, some of the lines will bring back some of your memories with your beloved.
Apart from that, gorgeous book cover. Plus, if you are a beginner to poetry - then don't worry. The lucid poetry lines will not be stressful. There's depth. You get that serene feeling when you go through this anthology.
I am not sure if anybody would - But I appreciate the post script at the end of Emerald and Demonetized love. It's even there for some others, but these two were the best.
My favorites are Smile, Resolve, Yearnings, The Way you lie, Demonetized Love and Forever More.

"Let's Borrow Some Light: Poems of love and longing" by Preeti Bose, is a collection of beautiful poems about the most common but beautiful feeling of love. It has it's very story of love life.
Love is such a beautiful emotion we feel at some point in our life. We can feel a lot of emotion when going through our love story. Sometimes those are good, and sometimes those are heartbreaking. In this book, the poet offered us all the emotions we feel during this course. From the first kiss to the separation in a long- distance relationship. This poems covers it all.
The more appreciated beauty of this book from me is how the poet contrasted two different topic of love and self-discovery in one single book. Kudos to you for writing such amazing poems. And thank you for giving your reader this beautiful collection of poems.
In this Valentine's month, this was a perfect read for me. Every line of every poem is meaningful and work of reading. The poems are easy going and understandable. This book has a really beautiful collection of poems Which will touch your heart very deeply. To be honest I was able to visualise the poet's state of mind while writing these poems. The author has a flawless writing skill with which she has really captivated my heart. Each and every word in the poems are so Heart-Warming.
The book also has a very mesmerizing cover and as this is the Valentine's month going on you will surely love reading these poems. They have been written in a very easy to understand way and if you are a beginner then also it will be perfect for you. Just sit on the bed and tug yourself inside the blanket with some warm coffee beside you and it will really give you a Cozy feeling while reading this book.
I have two favourite poems in particular which really touched my heart and they are 'Emerald Of My Heart' and 'In The Moskva River'. I don't know why but these two poems really made me feel so emotional and Cozy as well. Overall I will definitely recommend these poems to everyone.

With extraordinary understanding and profundity, the verses in this anthology depict the highs and lows of love. The excitement of the first kiss or the pain of being apart in long-distance relationships is just two instances of how well the author catches the expressive sophistication of love.
A few lines of the poems which I loved are
this is for the day we kissed this is for all the moments we missed this is for the feral longing in the pit this is for every look, every sigh, every bit
(Star Crossed)
I had once loved when drops of blood wove tales of undying love and passion to carry us beyond this lifetime.
( I had once loved).
Overall the poems have deep meaning. It consists of love, emotions, feelings, self-realization, self-discovery, and a romantic muse.

Good poetry conveys emotion, but what makes it especially fascinating is that it can signify anything. Reading poetic works can be enjoyable, but appreciating their actual meaning helps us relate to, make sense of, and connect with our own experiences. And that's what happened with me—several poems by the author made me think deeply, and I could relate to them on a personal level.
There are too many emotions a person feels when he or she is in love, and the author was successful in all those scenes.
Two of my favourites were "All I wish to hear" and "Star-crossed."
This poetry collection moved me, to be honest.
I would really love to read more of the author's wonderful words. She is so strong with her pen.

The poems are captivating and i recommend this book for all who loves poetry genre.
I am a lover of poems and this is not lesser among my poetry collection. This book connects everyone's innermost emotions in a subtle way with littler number of word counts. All the poems are discussed in a realistic manner and it's a very good collection of thirty pretty lines which speaks everyone's heart. Some poems left my mind wander and its almost like a mirror of my own thoughts.
Each line is fresh, lively and young. Writing is easy at it best . Author didn't have a common pattern in all the poems but each poem has its own enigma of love. My favorite poem is "The way you lie".

Let's borrow light from the sun and run towards the moon, has a very deep meaning hidden in it. Sun shows us light for future, whereas moon shows us to shine in the dark. Preeti bose's collection of modern poetry is captivating and realistic to read them. The poems in this book are short and powerful, but they have a wide range of emotions and will make you feel very much attached and deployed to them. Love is a complex emotion that can be both good and heartbreaking, and this book covers it all from the start of love to the end of love.
I would surely say, you need to give it a go as it stays in your heart with a purity hidden. Go give it a chance to develop some love.

Let’s borrow some light is a collection of poems written by Preeti Bose. These are mostly very short poems but don’t get fooled by the lesser number of words, they do pack a powerful punch! So, if you love to read modern poetry, do give this one a try, you will find most of the poems relevant and they will find a chord within you. You will find a wide range of emotions in her words and you will feel connected with them. One can see that the author poured her heart into this when she created these poems, so do read them!

This book is an amazing collection of Poetry. The poetry in this anthology have a profound understanding of the highs and lows of love. Only the excitement of the first kiss and the sorrow of being apart in long-distance relationships serve as two examples of how masterfully the author depicts the expressive sophistication of love.
I totally loved reading this. It's a short book of 37 pages only so you can finish it in one go. The way author has presented everything is fabulous. Also I loved the writing style of the author. You all should definitely read this book.

The poems are lovely and intricately designed to evoke strong emotions, the author has the gift of getting capturing the essence through verses and making us truly experience it through the poems.

This collection of poetry stood out because of the poet's unusual combination of empathy on the one hand and acceptance verging on stoicism on the other. The majority of the poems in this collection are incandescent in their own light - with the warm flush of love; they do not require borrowed light.
