Vadim Zeland is a contemporary Russian mystic and writer. Little is known about Vadim Zeland. He states in his autobiography that he used to be a quantum mechanics physicist and later a computer technologist. He prefers not to become a well-known celebrity, shielding personal details. Zeland's main goal is to present a set of techniques which he calls "Transurfing of Realities" for the attainment of practical goals. These techniques are of a mental and metaphysical nature, which Zeland supports by presenting a model of the universe that combines the elements of quantum physics with the idea of parallel worlds. As Zeland states, the use of the techniques is not dependent on the acceptance of his theoretical model.
This is a much more concise and precise read than the main book, although I recommend both. If you’re interested in consciousness, positive thinking and creating your own reality this is the book for you. You’ll also want to read ‘Reality Transurfing by Vadim Zeland (the big book consisting of books 1-V, the kindle version is much cheaper than the paperback but be aware it’s not a quick read), David Hawkins books, particularly ‘Power Versus Force and ‘the Pathway to Surrender. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.
Viskas. Viena mintis išplėtota į šonus kaip picos tešla. Ech...
I'll just add a bit to what the others previously have said.
This book puts words to what you know. Ideas, concepts, feelings, inclinations. That far off space you just can't get a handle on...this book puts language to the abstract. If anything, you get reassured of what you've always known, but never had words to put to the concepts. That is a huge part of the puzzle.
This read has put the term "You are the master of your own fate and the captain of your own soul" into perspective for me. It's imperative to realize that the world before you is a reflection of your self-image and your innermost thoughts, which then dictate how you perceive the reality in front of you. While we're often told not to concern ourselves with occurrences that seem out of our control; unsurprisingly, this book challenges that same sentiment, which causes the reader to question their enforced beliefs on what factors in life that they have the power to change. All in all, the text serves as a simple yet pressing reminder that while we may be able to suppress certain feelings, the thoughts and emotions we hold within us act as conduits for the foundations that influence our grip on reality. 10/10!!!!!
I have read a lot of self improvement books many very good. They don't work of one does not do what they tell you to do. I am going to keep this book by my side and read from it daily. It reminds me of how I have to think and do and be daily to create my life as I would consciously choose. I have learned and know already much of what is in this book and it puts it in a way that makes it New wisdom. Read this book daily. First read Reality Transurfing. Live you life as if you were in a lucid dream. Create that dream consciously. Don't care how it works. Don't get upset. Recreate as if you were choosing. Life takes on a feeling of you are in control of life and not living at an affect or victim of it. Live and gratitude to the author Vadim Zeland. Great work.
I found this book very easy to read and follow guidelines - one thought for one day. You can find interesting information and concepts here, connected with law of attraction, quantum physics, self development and visualisation. Brilliant an handy book if you are short of time and still want to get into self-developing journey. Thank you.
I confess I read this book in 4 days and not the suggested 78. Interesting slant on the ideas of positive thinking and such, but the language is clumsy at times, and elements are repeated to stretch this out to 78 points. I don’t understand why it had to be 78, maybe that was the author’s favorite number. Worth the read, but there are other people out there doing a better job explaining this process, imho.
I'm glad to say that this book really changed my point of view and even my life. I have read a lot of books about spiritual growth but they didn't make sense, then I found this unusual, unique theory and I can't relate it to any other. I really suggest to read not only this book, but all Transurfing set of books too.
I recommend this book over "Reality Transfurfing Steps I-V." It's written better, is more clear and concise, and covers everything in the 5 volumes. It cuts through all the nonsense and gets straight to the point.
Russian style of writing is comical and practical. A good book if you have unstructured prior experience and want some guidelines on how to move forward. I liked the pink twins principle in particular.
This is a great summary version of the reality transurfing. But I recommend anyone to read the RT step 1-5 first, and use this as a manual that you go back and reference from.
This is getting DNF-ed at 28%. Honestly, this is a self-help book that most Western nations already indoctrinate us with from childhood, like "Be yourself." In fact, the American pop hit "Free Your Mind" by EnVogue might be all you need instead of reading this: "Free your mind, and the rest will follow."
I can see why people outside of Western democracies might need this book; I would imagine political oppression and forced conformity do a number on people in theological, communist, and other authoritarian types of governments (in name or otherwise), but for the average American, I just don't see how this is any different from how we were taught: go against the grain, be yourself, don't follow ideals that aren't working for you, etc.
I read a bit of the doorstopper-sized book the guy has on the underlying physical principles of his teachings, but those are not conclusive for me, either. In that book, he is good at showing that science is very incomplete, which we all know anyway, but he never proved that his theory is law. Ergo, this man is a charlatan! Be gone, pseudo-science!
Edit 07/27/23 When I first bought this book I read it all in one go, and I was so excited by it's new way of presenting Law of Attraction principles that I could not endorse it enough. Having taken my time to do the daily readings, my excitment has wane now that I can finally see this book for what it really is: "I'm 14 and this is deep, Law of attraction edition."
Listen, whatever this book had to say on transurfing and how it works, it says it on the intro chapters before the daily readings begin. The whole thing about the pendulums is fascinating and probably the most important contribution this author has to make. The transurfing rule (be yourself and let others be themselves) has brough a lot of peace to my previously judgemental mind, and I like the concept of the World Mirror (which is another way to say "what you think about, you bring about") a lot. But it stops there. Each daily reading is edgier than the last, and it if feels as if the author was just trying to be cool in that kind of old fashion way that was trendy in the 90's (the original Transurfing book came out in the 80's in Russia) where being cool meant being aloof and mean. But not only that, the daily readings, in their desperate attempt to sound profound and edgy actively contradict the Transurfing principles, insisting, especially in chapters 28 to 30, that you must change yourself to get your manifestation, and not in the spiritual kind of way, more like in the manipulative and disgusting kind of way.
For example, chapter 28 tells you that if you want someone to respect you, you have to act as if you respect them first. Note that it doesn't say "give respect to receive respect", it out right tells you fake it until they believe you and start respecting you back. Chapter 29 is the same, instead of suggesting you work internally on yourself to get over the need for approval and validation, it says you should fake being kind and nice, and fake to take interest in what others want so that you can get what you want out of them. It's so manipulative it's disgusting.
For me, I am done with the daily readings ( I made it to chapter 30). I can't imagine spending another month reading this tumbler level of manifestation advice. I'm knocking down 3 stars out of my original rating because the intro chapters are truly valuable, but I don't recommend reading past that. I also don't recommend reading the original Transurfing book, I tried it and it wasn't worth my time. It's too long and convoluted and honestly, I already got what I needed out the transurfing teachings from this shorter version and that's good enough for me.
Original Review: 06/26/23 An interesting take on manifestation that, although not new, is inspiring enought to rekindle my goal to become the master of my life. I highly recomend it for people who want to learn to manifest, but don't like the overly religious connotations of the most popular manifestation books, including the works of Neville Goddard.
Although not perfect by any means, a little repetitive and at times even contradictory, this short book packs a punch of wisdom and practical advice. I was surprised to discover that some of the things it teaches are things I've already been putting into practice, such as not attatching to the outcome, practice non-reaction to the outter world and think only of what I want instead of what I don't want, etc. Having the reassurance that I'm on the right path gives me confidence to continue on this journey.
There have been many books written about the topic of "laws of attraction", "manifesting your reality", and similar topics. This is one such book. Yes, on the surface, the topic seems as if it may be "full of woo and mysticism". But there's more here than meets the eye, at least with this book. Even if you do not believe any of the more esoteric ideas, following the lessons in this book will help you gain confidence and focus your mental energy on the real tasks you need to accomplish in your daily life to achieve your long term goals.
It's a good book, but it's a long read just like the original book and if you have read from this genre already it is repetitive and does not present new ideas. Some things you don't need to accept and some you should ponder over. I really appreicate the Youtube channel that comes along with the book. Reality Transurfing TV, of course if you do not believe in the central message that you have a level of control over your life the book will not resonate with you.
Loved reading one of these a day, hope to go into detail with the heftier RT Vadim book. Long as a mofo, but Im sure there will be more insight into each one of the “topics covered in this little peak we get out of these 78 days. Will be sure to come back to it when I’m unable to give the big one some time and in need of some inspiration. These psychological books have twisted my mental in a quick fashion.

Good esoteric one a day self help book to read while u brush ur teeth some r very good Don’t know why 78 was chosen as the golden number, I feel like after reading this I could right 22 more and make it a nice even 100.
Zeland presents thought-provoking and practical information on bettering our life experience. Would highly recommend to those seeking to improve both themselves and their lives.
Interesting book to read, however, being quite a avid reader on the subject I didn’t see any additional value in my life reading this. But, it was a nice little reminder.
If you're in search of slice with fewer struggles and would like some universal answers along the way then this is the book for you. Packed with tons of great concepts wisdom to take you to the next level. Highly recommended!
