Reinforcement of general guidelines for public speaking. No WOW ideas, but all concepts are solid refreshers. The best lesson was when presenting, Empathize with your Audience. That is the key, you are here to share insights with the audience, they gave of their time, you need to focus on the audience and make sure you are focused on the audience, “Put the needs first. Empathize with them. Looking for added presentation topics for subject matter experts on my team so we can all improve and provide a better experience with the audience.

This book isn't ground breaking. Alot of the things Michael talked about are obvious and sometimes quite repetitive. If you want to refresh your memory with how to speak infront of people then this is a good book for you. There's no secret as you will find out after reading this
