This is the second book I have read by Elizabeth and I must say that it was worth reading. Have you ever been on the path were you have suddenly lose feelings for everything? If you have ever been then this book is for you.
Right from the beginning, I could feel the empowerment in her words. With the prompts and exercises, I got to know myself better. The language is lucid and clear.
If you are lost, then this book is for you.
